My nails were a lumpy mess. You'd think the top priority when doing artificial nails would be a nice, smooth shape on the nail bed .Not here. I won't be back .

I have tried other salons in Raleigh and Cary, but I always come back to Rose Nails. It's my favorite spot and everyone is friendly and accommodating. Their pedicures are priced reasonably and they don't ever leave anything out. Sometimes, if you don't have an appointment and go on the weekend, you will have to wait awhile, but that's anywhere and it can be easily fixed by making an appointment. They take them over the phone and you can request your technician if you'd like. If you ever go and get Gloria, you will never want to go anywhere else! Everyone there is pretty good, but she is the best and the friendliest and makes sure you are having a good experience and leave satisfied. Thom, who runs the place, is friendly and funny is constantly checking on me when I go there. One Christmas season, he even made sure that all of his customer had received a gift and with a smile, wished them a Happy Holiday. I love it here!

Been going here for years for wax and nail services. So far have received good service, especially gel nails (Tina and another young lady whose name I wish I got, both who spoke English well). They can get busy so it’s worth it to try off-peak times. Otherwise I pretty much make sure I have three hours to spend if I know I’m choosing a peak time to go. Both times I had gel service (Dec 2017, April 2018), they did such a good job it lasted 3 weeks (my nails grew out and I was done with the color by then).

Got the "Deluxe" pedicure ($30) which included extra callous removal. Trish did a great job! I had what I thought were bad callouses, but she wasn't phased. I was in the (glorious) massage chair for over an hour. I wish the foot/leg massage had been firmer, but besides that I was quite pleased.
The regular pedicure has light callous removal with a pumice stone. Mine was 'layer 1' - it involved one of those cheese grater looking things, plus the pumice stone. Next time I may need to investigate 'layer 2' to see what's involved.
Note: photo is basic pricing posted on the wall, though they have a menu for fancier manicures (unsure of price range) and pedicures ($25-$95).

I got sns powder , but the colors were completely off from what you end up getting. I was Unsatisfied with my service and so was another customer. They workers yelled at me and told me not to come back just because I said I didn't like the color outcome of my nails. They just want your money. They don't care about the customer . I won't be going back .

I used to be a regular customer at this place but their behavior today was beyond pardonable. I walked in and asked for a pedicure and manicure. They seated me on a chair and I patiently waited over 30 mins. When I commented that it was already 30 mins, will someone serve me. A guy came and started my pedicure. After clipping my toe nails, he walks off and I was left wondering what happened. The manager came and told me that the guy working on my nails didn’t want to do my nails!!!! Come on...who does that? When I asked the manager if someone else would do my nails, he told me that no one was available because there were other customers who asked for specific nail specialists and I had to wait or come back another day. I was like, “you’ve already wasted an hour of my time, couldn’t you say this earlier?” And then, the thing that really got my blood boiling was when the manager told me that I couldn’t complain about his place and I could leave!!!! If they are running a customer service business, they better learn to serve customers. I’m never going back.

I stopped by on a whim one afternoon and they were able to take me right away for a pedicure. I got the most basic option and it was so wonderful! A nice calf massage that seemed to last a long time, a scrub, and she really went to town on my calluses which I greatly appreciated. It was well worth the $25 (before tip), for the amount of care they put into making me feel pampered. This will probably become my new go-to salon.

I tried this place in the summer with my daughter. I absolutely was impressed with the pricing and service. I think all nail salons have people speaking another language. And just because they are speaking a foreign language doesn't mean they're talking about you ... unless you're paranoid. Even then who cares. Quality has always been great here. I'll continue having services and always recommend. Although I will not give the name of the lady I like cuz I want availability.

I come here regularly for pedi they always do a great job, they often last almost 3 weeks. The one drawback is the foot massage can vary depending on the person. Overall, great service.

Wonderful manicures and pedicures in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and professional. The only negative(?) comment I have is an issue I have with many of the salons staffed with people originating from other countries. It makes me very uncomfortable when they converse with each other in their native language. You wonder if they are making comments about you, etc. I am sorry if this offends anyone, but this how I feel. With this said, I would still highly recommend Rose Nails if you want a great looking manicure at a great price!

I have tried other salons in Raleigh and Cary, but I always come back to Rose Nails. It's my favorite spot and everyone is friendly and accommodating. Their pedicures are priced reasonably and they don't ever leave anything out. Sometimes, if you don't have an appointment and go on the weekend, you will have to wait awhile, but that's anywhere and it can be easily fixed by making an appointment. Been going here for years for wax and nail services. So far have received good service, especially gel nails (Tina and another young lady whose name I wish I got, both who spoke English well). Wonderful manicures and pedicures in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and professional. The only negative(?) comment I have is an issue I have with many of the salons staffed with people originating from other countries.
