The staff was rude. My friends and I were rushed to choose a color and when we weren't moving fast enough they proceeded to talk about us in there own language. I got a manicure gel set and my nails are already peeling off three days later. The woman that helped me didn't polish my entire nail and it was polish on top of my finger. I have been here a couple of times and just about every time I come a lady names Ana does my nails. One she doesn't speak well English and every question you ask her is always a yes. She looks confused most of the time when you talk to her. No disrespect but if you live in America and you work with customers daily you need to know the language!!!! I decided to give this place a second chance since it's so close to my house. I got a shellac color change and the clear coat was all over my fingers. I pointed it out to the technician and she said "I know". I asked her to get it off and after a mildly painful experience, she got about 60% off. I've been picking the rest off all evening. My first and only visit a couple of weeks ago. I called and made an appointment for an arm pit and Brazilian wax and they were easily accommodating. However when I arrived and they only had a couple of clients I was half greeted by a woman who never actually looked at me. I wasn't even sure she was motioning to me and asked her if she wanted me to follow her. She waved me over her shoulder while walking away ( I really took a gamble bc she never really spoke to me). I followed her to a back room where I met another woman who, while very cheerful, didn't really speak any English. She waxed my arm pits and I noticed that she kept dipping the same stick into the wax after each application. That means that she could and probably did the same for every other wax client, including bikini waxes. This is very unsanitary. Imagine double dipping with private part sticks. I asked her if she used new wax for every client and she just kind of said yes ( not really understanding me). Then when she realized why I was worried she said I can get new wax for you. Showed me another can of wax. I thought about it and declined. I don't want to patronize a place that takes little consideration for their clients' wellbeing. Please take notice of your waxer's technique. It's not only their technique that can contaminate at container of wax but also any other waxer that uses the room. My nails look great but my experience with the staff was awful. When my friend was asking questions about eyelash extentions the women around me were obvious about judging the questions she was asking, even some of what they were laughing about was in english so i knew they were talking/ laughing about her so im not just assuming. Then when I was finished and I was paying the woman lhovered and stared to see what i tipped her. After my sister was finished i watched while she paid and the woman who was charging her card had visibly judged her for not putting a tip on her card even after she gave her a cash tip. Giving them 2 stars because they did a very good job on my nails but they were probably the rudest people I have ever met. They judged my friends and I because the eyelash extension service wasn't working out for my friend and they also very openly were talking about us while we were sitting right in front of them. Then, when I gave her a CASH tip, she again very openly judged me and gave me rude looks as I paid with my card. This was my first time in 7 years going to a nail salon. My friend and I decided on this place cause of the reviews. That Saturday morning I was met with a horrible experience. Not only did she try to sell me the whole time but, I was done so quickly, I ended up waiting on my friend to finish. When my girl had stopped several times to help other customers. The best part, my nails were done so horribly; with in a week they were falling off. This being the gel nails that were expensive and supposed to last longer.. The worst gel set ever! It looked horrible and I told the nail tech that it was not what I had wanted and he said it was too late to fix it even though I told him before he had finished doing my first hand. He refused to correct his mistake saying that is how everyone else likes it. He even cut my finger with the electric nail file while shaping my nails. I did not appreciate feeling rushed. I also was upset because They continued to speak in Vietnamese while making motions imitating me and my nails got messed up because they rushed me out with my nails wet. I went to Posh to have my eyebrows done, because I thought I'd spoil myself a little and $10 was within my budget. I am a college student who makes very little money, but I also like to support local businesses. I set my phone, keys, and wallet on the wooden table, because holding them during this process is usually burdensome, so while I was having my eyebrows done my eyes were closed and I couldn't see them. The door was also closed. After everything was done and I got up, my wallet was open and my $7 in cash was missing. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and not make a big deal while there just in case I had somehow lost it between my house and Posh, and I had been planning to give her some of it in tip anyway, so I paid and left, but I have turned my house upside down and searched high and low, and with a sinking feeling I realized it had been taken while I wasn't watching. I know that to some people $7 isn't a big deal, but that's multiple meals for me, and my 'spoil myself' trip doubled in cost out of my budget. I also know that I should have been watching my stuff, but I didn't assume I was going to be robbed, I assumed this was a trustworthy business. Needless to say they are NOT, do not trust them with your belongings and do not bring business here if you can avoid it, because clearly $7 was worth more than my dignity or their trustworthiness. I tried this salon for the first time a couple hours ago. My acrylic fill in with regular color was fine. The girl moved really fast but the work was done well. I had to tell the girl to let me dry with the fan between coats. I never have good luck when they put on two+ coats and then just sit under the dryer.However, the pedicure was not to my liking at all. I tipped the girl at first look in the dimy lit environment. When I got outside, I realized that my toenails were cut ridiculously uneven and too short. I was reading and relaxing and should have been watching her or said no cutting at all. Times where i thought she was cutting my cuticles and shaping up the edges of my nails to make them uniform, she had cut the whole sides of my nails off! I want to upload a picture, but I'm also embarrassed! My feet are also still rough on the heels and sides, as well as my toenails not even painted evenly. This was a truly wonderful experience. I have only had mani/pedi 4x in my life and this is definitely 1 of my favorites. Will be a return customer. My spal tech was Jamie who was amazing and did such an awesome job. Did not make me feel guilty about my feet lol. It's super relaxing with the massage chair and the products they use, no harsh smell or irritants smell lovley and the ambient lighting and the flat screens tv...I could go on and on. Amazing service! My nail technician was very friendly and nice. Plus they have an array of great colors to choose from. She took her time and really made it her mission to make my nails perfect. She shaped and cleaned up my nails and took her time with the gel. I will definitely be going back and might make this my new favorite spot. Went here with my husband and i got a full set geo and a pedi.  When we went to go pay the price was higher than what was expected.  They said the reason why was bc i got gel polish.  I didnt request gel polish, i actually picked out regular polish and they went and got the same color in gel on their own.  I just figured bc i was getting a gel full set that they had to use gel polish.  So the menu shows the gel full set is $40 and then i have to pay another $10 to get my nails painted?  I never had to pay seperate for my nail polish.  They also charged me another $10 for a "manicure" that was really just cutting my cuticles.  I wouldnt be upset if it stated this on the menu.  I think they just came up with an excuse to try to include their own gratuity thinking that i would not notice.Besides the price being different than expected, the nails had major flaws.  There are waves in my my nail where the gel was put on heavier in places and there is gel polish in all of my cuticles!  Some of my nails are even crooked or misshaped.  I felt rushed when i left the salon bc it was time for them to close.  The designs that i requested for were not even the same on both thumbs.  I couldve done a better job painting my nails.  I didnt feel like arguing about it, i will just not return.Not to mention that when my husband got his manicure, the lady forgot to scrape under his nils and there was still dirt left under them.  Pictures below are from 3 hours after getting nails done. This place is clean and they do a good job. They are friendly and my nails always last at least 2 weeks before chipping. I got mani and pedi and I had to come back the very next day to get my big toe fixed because I put on my work heels too soon after my pedicure. I'm never returning. This is my 3rd visit...the 1st and 2nd visits were fine with no issues.  On both occasions, I got a gel color manicure and they lasted for 2 weeks.  This last visit on June 11th will be my last.  I asked for an all white gel polish.  I noticed that the technician kept polishing my nail too thick and didn't even try to clean the polish from running onto my cuticles.  She did a botched up job.  When I pointed out the spots on my nails that needed to be removed, she gave me a lame excuse as if it was my fault.  How stupid is that?  I could yelled at her because I had no patience at this point.  Its really a shame because this salon is really nice on the inside with plenty of manicure and pedicure stations.  As for the female technician with glasses, you may want to steer away from doing your nails.  This place is never crowded, just not enough experienced technicians. Came in with my mom as a walkin for a gel fill for her and a pedicure for me. We were helped immediately and the space is beautiful. The staff is super friendly and they offer a variety of services. There were several options for pedicures I went with a premium. It included a paraffin wax treatment and hot towels. The massage on my feet and calves was excellent. I loved the OPI color I got and I'm sure it will be a lasting pedicure. My mother had a gift card which is why we came here instead of her usual place right across the street, but gift card or not we will be back. Nails stay on forever it seems like. They don't do the best designs but it's better then nothing. And their pedicures are amazing too, my French tips stayed on for a long time even with me stubbing my toe quite often. I love them! Read Less
