One man who worked there did a great job putting my acrylics on, but there was a lady who painted my nails and ruined them. She painted them so messy and there are bubbles. She was rushing so much even though it wasn't that busy, and whenever she got nail polish on my skin (which happened a lot), she dug her fingernail into my skin to get it off which hurt really bad. The same lady did my friend's nails too and the acrylics are uneven and messy. Definitely won't be coming back- a waste of $35. I want a refund Read Less

I stopped in after work yesterday. I was with Angie, and got tips and SNS. She's awesome, very personable and sweet, talked to me about all the benefits of the SNS powder. My nails look amazing and my fingers don't hurt like they do when I get acrylic. She also told me that if anything goes wrong with my nails in a week or so, to come back in and she'll fix it for free. The salon itself is beautiful, lots of nail stations and pedicure chairs. I've had really good gel polish manicures here. They always last 2+ weeks without lifting and there's a good selection of colors.I've also had 2 bad pedicures here. The pedicure themselves are good, but the paint job is a joke. I've brought two friends as well and they were both less than thrilled with the paint job on their toes too.Brought my daughter here for her first mani pedi and the woman maybe spent 8 whole minutes with her. My daughter didn't know any different- but I was a little disappointed. I could have done a better job on her nails. The paint was everywhere. If I come back, I'll stick to just my nails. Read Less

I wish no stars was an option. Never go here. I had a been a few times with no problems until my most recent visit. I had a set of tips put on and the woman doing my nails didn't do an awesome job, left me bleeding in a few spots but I didn't think much of it. They convinced me to do the liquid gel WITHOUT telling me the way they removed them was by RIPPING them off your nail. This is one of the most excruciating things I have every experienced. The manicurist straight up ripped half my pinky nail off, it started bleeding instantly so she just glued the fake nail back on top. I will never be returning to embassy nail spa ever again. Had an appointment scheduled Saturday, waited 25 minutes while my friend was completely finished with hers. Pedicure was decent but the manicure is terrible. I could've done a better jobs painting it with my own toes. The polish is peeling, nowhere near my cuticle and uneven. There's no chance I would pay for another manicure here. Took my daughter here for her acrylic fill in and repair of two nails. We usually go to Brilliant nail spa, but she wanted holographic nails, which Brilliant does not do.First the price was steep compared to what we are used to paying for a fill in and polish. With the holographic top coat the cost was $51! We usually pay $30 for fill in and gel polish at Brilliant. Second, the nail technician kept trying to convince my daughter that she didn't want the holographic nails. He stated that "it only lasts a few days and that the top coat doesn't stick to it well". He seemed frustrated when we said we'd chance it since we came there specifically for that service. He made some comment like "well if you want to give me your money..." (I think he just didn't want to do it as he also complained about his back pain)Third, we were offered drinks and asked for water. We never received our water.Fast forward 2  1/2 weeks and the holographic effect is as good as day 1. (The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1). However the nails he repaired starting pulling up after a week and completely broke off shortly after. For a $51 manicure I expected much more. The other nails which had been done previously at Brilliant remained strong...and they had been on for over a month!We were underwhelmed with the customer service and the quality of the repaired nails. If you are wanting a holographic effect however, the product they use had good staying power in our experience.We likely won't be returning. Read Less

Will never be back the nails they put on my daughter didn't fit right they don't know how to paint the nails I complain they repainted them and said no charge then when I asked how much for my other daughter nails they said 50.00 I said you said no charge for the one course you didn't do them right then the women yelled at me and said yes you pay for both they are very rude they will never get anymore money from me or my family again Read Less

First time today going to LV Nails. I took my 5 year old daughter with me and it was a wonderful experience!! Definitely going to come here for my nail needs from now on! Staff is also very friendly and professional. Although the lady that did my acrylics rushed through my nails and did a horrible job. I came  here for a gel manicure and Daniel did such a good job removing my cuticles and he shaped my nails very nicely. I'm picky when it comes to nail shaping and he did a really good job. The service price was 30 dollars (not including tip). Hope this helps! Read Less

I usually go to Signature Nail Spa across the street, but I got a gift card and thought it'd be nice to try some place new. I will not make that mistake again.  First, the owners are very nice. Or, at least the people who greeted me and checked me out were very nice. And the lady getting her nails done next to me had been going there for a year, so she obviously had a different experience than me. So maybe I just had a bad experience. --I wanted a specific OPI color -- a deep maroon color from a recent OPI collection. When I asked the nail tech if they had that color - and I showed her a picture of the color with the name and number -- she said she didn't know. I asked if she could please check and she said they didn't go by names, just the number on the sample wheels. She showed no interest in helping me look for the color or even looking for a similar one. --the manicure itself was pretty rushed. She got nail polish all over my hands and some of my nailed aren't even entirely painted. --the color that I ended up picking was an older color--and an older bottle was definitely used. I don't necessarily mind old, but the bottle was mostly empty and the nail tech was clearly using the bottom of the barrel. The polish came out clumpy and uneven, and the nail tech didn't say anything or look for a newer bottle. --finally, I asked for a glitter top coat on my ring finger -- but what I got barely constitutes a full coat. It's like 1/3 of a coat. I know I could have said something before I left but honestly, I just wanted to get out. I'll be going back to my normal nail place to have them fixed next week. Very nice place, but in the two times I've gone there, I was displeased with the quality of the nail polish or quality of service. When I paid $10 to get gel polish taken off that I got from them a few weeks earlier, I still had residue for days after that I feel should've been taken off if I went there only for that service. Two days ago I got a mani pedi done with regular polish and my manicure is chipping. That being said, I did pick a very sheer color that she had to do 4 coats of for an opaque finish, but it seems she didn't go all the way to the top of the nail so it is already noticeably chipping. I had a very positive experience there but am disappointed in the lasting results. After paying $86  (before tip) for two mani pedi's I expected I'd get at least a week of wear. Great people, clean place but I'm going to be going elsewhere in the future. Read Less

I had a wonderful experience at Embassy Nail Spa! The atmosphere is very relaxing, with soothing music and elegant decor and a lot of space so you do not feel too close to the person next to you. It was also spotless. I had liquid gel nails put on at another salon and was tired of them.  The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, knowledgable, and she took the time to explain the removal process and answer my questions. My nail technician (Eric) was also great. He took his time and did a great job removing the gel nails, buffing my natural nails and then applying gel nail polish. I was really anxious about having them removed and have heard some horror stories, but Eric was extremely patient with me and did a fantastic job. My nails look great! I will definitely have my nails done here in the future and highly recommend Embassy Nail Spa to anyone else. Read Less

It's a beautiful salon and their prices are basic to luxury.  My technician was pleasant and spoke English very well but, he was chatting with another guy for a good five minutes as soon as the owners left.  He even stopped my massage to talk to him.   still overall a nice place.  He said they have been open for 6 months which surprised me as it was almost empty.  Not sure why..?My biggest disappointment was when the owner tried to charge my $10 extra!  When I questioned it he voided the sale and charged me properly.  I ordered a $45 pedicure so, you can imagine my surprise. Even though this place has only been open for a couple months, I am surprised there are no reviews yet. First, it is a really lovely salon. Beautifully decorated. Clean. It is also huge. I couldn't believe how many pedicure massage chairs as well as manicure chairs they had. I had the Tropical Lime pedicure to start. The massage chairs are nice and new and felt like most pedicure chairs I have been in. This pedicure comes with both a massage and a bit of reflexology. My technician (Eric) was wonderful. I have had a lot of mediocre and bad massages during a pedicure (for a lot more money!) and this was a good one! Very relaxing experience. My toe nails and feet look great. I did not get polish on my nails so I do not have experience with that part. Then I had the standard manicure. It was also pleasant and I was happy with the quality of the massage as well as the care that was taken to groom and shapen my nails. I will definitely be returning! Read Less
