I felt forced by Michelle to get a gel color because she stated another color would take too long but I wanted my feet and my nails to match and she proceeded to put this light color nails that didnt match at all, and blamed me for not getting a nail color that didn’t match with gel. Yesterday was My first and last visit to this Nail Salon. The Lady who did my nails was so RUDE! The first lady who did removed my nail color was nice and did apologized to me,I dont know what do you call the one they were using to remove the gel color but because of too much pressure it hurts me.So the lady changed the tip and it worked better than the other one,Here comes the RUDE one,she said she will finish it.I already told her if she can use the tip that the other lady used because it was better,she said no Ive been using this all the time.Its ok Its ok.I said are you sure?she said yes!then she started it,1 sec after she started it I removed my hand far from her and said IT HURTS! she told me Im the only one who said that,I am trying to be polite and nice, I said Maam Im not gonna lie to you it hurts.My face turned red and hot,coz it was just painful.I told her if she can be gentle because my nails are kinda sensitive and she said well you need to stop doing this kind of set because it will hurts you.I stopped talking coz i know im not gonna win to her rudeness. I just want her to be done with my nails so I can leave. And she keeps on talking in her language and I know shes talking about me. Ive been having this kind of full set services for my nails but this is the first time I got hurt. Not a big deal but I hope Be more gentle to your customers.Shes the only rude in that place. I dont know her name but i think her table is on the first table on the right side near the cabinet where the nail polish are.And please dont be rude to your clients especially first time clients. I still gave her a tip even though she was rude to me. I read some reviews here and they were talking about the rude and disrespectful staff and I know they are talking about the same lady who was rude to me.But the place is really nice,the staffs are nice,they are always smiling except for that lady.I just hope she will be more sensitive next time and change her attitude towards other people especially to their customers.Thank you Read Less

I absolutely love this Nail Spa. I read wonderful reviews about it, and decided to check it out. They did not steer me wrong! I had a gel manicure by Lucy. She was extremely gentle and thoughtful throughout the entire manicure, something I look for in nail technicians. She took her time to shape my nails uniformly. I requested the tech to file them down and shape them. The lady who sits in the first station was so rude. She told me the nails look perfectly fine and would not re-file them. Tammy was an absolute delight to work with. As soon as I walked in I pointed to my finger nail polish and asked if she had a shade that resembled and she opened the cabinet and pulled the exact color from amongst tens of bottles. When I told her that I wanted my cuticles pushed back a little more she didn't judge or get aggravated and did her best! She took her sweet time and made sure I was happy with the results. A great price for a great gel nail manicure! I have been here several times. People that work there are friendly as well as the customers, there is usually a group conversation going on.
