I wish I could give them no star.Everytime I go there they always have a excuse why they can't do my nails..I went one day at 6 they close like 7/7:30 they told me they didn't have time..went back the other morning at 10 to get told the same thing..I think they are prejudice towards blacks because whenever I go they are doing other races but I get told We doesn't have time..I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. They were very accommodating because I accidentally told them mani/pedi instead of letting tgem know my daughter wanted a full set of gel nails. They worked us in with the technician who does full sets with no fuss and overall it was a great experience. My daughter loves her nails. Read Less

I have been a regular here for years. The people here are friendly and provide wonderful and attentive service. My manicures and pedicures last longer here than anywhere I've had to go while on vacation so I know they're doing a great job and using the right products. I would suggest to always make an appointment or call ahead as they can get booked up. They are also great for waxing and do a great job on eyebrows. Read Less

Update: So sad that after two years I will no longer be going here. I went in on Friday and they gave me a new person who worked there. Usually I go to Oh or Kim or Na. The new guy gave me one of the worst pedicures ever. Even my daughter said, "Oh , you ended up doing your nails yourself". I said, "no, I paid $28 for this!". She was shocked because she had gone there and also been pleased with the results of their pedicurists. We will not be going back. Great atmosphere, wonderful service. I'm hesitant to write this review as I think I may have FINALLY found my go-to mani pedi place as I want Cary Nail Spa all to myself! But I'll spread the word, good karma and all.  I have been so happy with the service here! Everyone is incredibly friendly, the prices are closer to what I'm looking for and they have a really good color selection.  The massage chairs work (hurray!!!!) and they do a great job with eyebrow waxing.  They facilities are clean and they have a good range of pedicure options that won't break the bank.  The first time I went in, I didn't realize they closed at 7,  (it was 6:20 pm) and they took their time and did not rush me out the door like other nail places in the area. It was nice to still feel like I could relax and not rush out the door with my nails still wet or having to choose between a mani or pedi (what I have experienced at other nail places) (note to the reader, I wasn't trying to be rude with walking in late, but when you have a kiddo at home, sometimes your husband is running late from work you squeeze in whatever time you can get)I've been a few times now and will definitely keep going back for more! I love this place. I have been going here for the last 3 months or so and have had erryone do my nails at least once and KIM is PHENOMENAL. Her nail polish techniques are impeccably precise. She really CARES about her work and pays close attention to details. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes precision. The decor has a nice and relaxed feel.
