Quaint little nail salon, had a variety of services to offer but customer service is very poor. First time there, my acrylic nails were lifting after only 4 days (which never happens in all the times I have had my nails done) and when I went back in to have them fixed, the lady automatically had an attitude and refused fixing mg nails bc she wasn't the tech that did them therefore it was not her problem and we had to wait 4 more days for the original nail tech to have an open appointment. After having some words with the lady who was speaking poorly to me, she finally let me come in and get my nails redone. But even during this process, still recieved attitude and they were very quick to get me out the door. It is a cute place, but I wish they had better customer service and communication. Read Less

I'm giving this one star because Of the quality of product.  I got a gel manicure and usually gel (at other salons) lasts on my nails 3.5-4 weeks.  It's only been 1 week since this manicure and already the gel is chipping, bending, and peeling off 7/10 of my nails, like regular polish, but at a gel price! I had been going to my previous nail salon for 10 years and the quality had started to decline. After trying a few places, I noticed a trend of poor quality and feeling rushed. I needed to get my nails done for my bestfriends wedding and I was eager to sit back and relax.Today, I tried Aqua Nail Spa and I'm soo glad I did!!I went first thing to beat the rush which worked out very well! Lam did my pedicure and gel manicure. He let me know that he works a little slower but I was thrilled about that! I wasn't rushed in and out the door and I could actually relax. Lam was meticulous and dedicated to providing quality work! It was such a relaxing visit, not to mention the fact that my nails look AMAZING! This is the absolute worst nail salon I've been to in a while. I spent approx 20 minutes for the manicurist to NOT remove cuticle from my nails. Water is no substitute for cuticle softener. I finally got so tired of him re-wetting and looking at my nails, that I just paid and walked out. Buffing down the nailbed is not a substitute for manicure. They get no more of my business at this salon! The owner, Cindy has done my nails enough now to where she thinks I should not ask her to fix something before the service is over? If I say the drill hurts a little, why she gonna have an attitude? Ummm...isn't me who hurts? To top it all off, she is not friendly (she act like she didn't hear me when I greeted her, nor did she offer me any kindness!) to me at all. When Cindy finished, she said to one of the other techs how much to charge & she was going to lunch. NO, she didn't say thank you? First time coming to this salon and they was soo welcoming...They took they time I didn't feel rush at all and the music was so relaxing. The fact I love music especially Smooth Jazz is a PLUS will be coming back!! Read Less
