Cindy did a French gel manicure on me. I was a walk in and they immediately greeted and served me. Cindy was so personable and we had a great conversation while she did my nails. Also the spa appeared very clean and well kept. Good prices too.

I love this place! Cindy and the entire staff work very hard, and always do quality work. I've found the prices to be better than other nail salons, and the atmosphere is great. Everything is very clean. And now the shop is even open on Sunday's from noon to 6PM! I always leave feeling my best.

Wonderful, attentive service. It was a very clean and neat establishment, timeliness, and did not need to wait. The dude who did me rubbed it good. My nails won’t stop changing color, and they have a fabulous selection of nail colors to choose from. But, my kid made me get a subtle color instead of green, and I was like, “OMG NO”! But my kid still made me get it anyways. Great experience.

The nail salon i had booked (for the Fourth of July) called me at the last moment to cancel. It was 6:45pm, #1 Nail Spa closed at 7PM. It was local to my home, and I dropped in to #1 Nail Spa at 6:45pm to ask if they were open on the 4th. Cindy said: Do you have time now. YES!! And she stayed 1-1/2 hours late to do a mani/pedi, lip & eyebrow wax!! Not only did she accommodate me... but she suggested colors to match with the dress I was wearing to a wedding. She was sweet, attentive, excellent in her work.... I couldn't recommend her more. The fact that she stayed so late to make me beautiful just impressed me so much!!! Thank you Cindy.... will be back many times in the future!!!

Whoever said it was a rip off doesn't know what their talking about! I have been to quite a few other nail salons & have now been going to see Cindy for nails & pedicures for almost 3 years now! She is wonderful! Her whole team is nice & professional. The prices are very reasonable! Definitely recommend you try it!

Rip off, they charge more then what's on the menu. If there is a price change you need to change the menu as well. I wasn't asked if I liked my eye brows and didn't even get to look at them when they finished. Paid for a manicure but did not receive the massage that is supposed to come with a manicure. There is also lots of excess polish on the skin around my nail. To top it all off, they are rude and barley talk to you. It's safe to say that I will never return to this nail salon and I would definitely recommend people to NOT come here.

Went here for the first time a month ago and saw Tina (I hope I got her name right, she was young & went to nail tech school in Raleigh). She did a phenomenal job and 1 month later, my toes have finally begun to chip. It's lasted a very long time & I can't wait to go back this weekend!

I love this place! Cindy and the entire staff work very hard, and always do quality work. I've found the prices to be better than other nail salons, and the atmosphere is great. Everything is very clean. And now the shop is even open on Sunday's from noon to 6PM! I always leave feeling my best.

Rip off, they charge more then what's on the menu. If there is a price change you need to change the menu as well.
