Wonderful people and service! The staff at Nails Image is dedicated to making you feel at home and comfortable. Well staffed and the staff is professional and curteous. The atmosphere is professional, clean, and relaxing. Reasonably priced and beautiful work! My mother and I walked here from our hotel; we underestimated the distance and when we arrived at Nails Image we were very tired. The friendly staff offered to take us back to our hotel instead of getting an Uber! We loved our pedicures and we will be returning!

First time at Nails Image for a pedicure. I was able to walk in and be serviced right away. I was hoping for a Wow! experience because they are so convenient to home, but got an acceptable experience....
First time at Nails Image for a pedicure. I was able to walk in and be serviced right away. I was hoping for a Wow! experience because they are so convenient to home, but got an acceptable experience. They have 3 levels of nail work - basic, spa and deluxe. The spa pedicure was very nice with lots of different rubs and scrubs and a hot towel foot wrap as well as hot leg towel. The foot massage fell a little bit short - not much with the balls of my feet, no toes or ankles, but the arch massaging was very nice with a Goldilocks touch- not too hard or soft. Also did not work on calluses enough. Otherwise a good pedicure. The polish looks nice and they have a wide range of colors and gels, etc. The place is not huge, but is arranged nicely to accommodate approximately 6/7 manis and 6/7 pedis. No massage therapy, but they do brow, lip, etc. waxing. Prices and services are typical for the area. The bathroom was clean. They offered everyone a bottle of water without anyone having to request it. I shall return!

after calling salon by phone. They had opened at 9 instead 930! I was immediately helped and she ended up being the manager. Excellent service, cleanliness, gentle on nails and fingers! New owners for over a year now! Previous owners sold entire business and took no employees. They have recently opened another salon less than a mile away! But the *new* owners are OUTSTANDING! On the island, great location, busy and attentive! I told her not to worry, good people make good and untruthful business get Karma! I will fully support Yen and her Salon! All Pleasure Island people needing manicures, pedicures, waxing!!! Patronize an excellent business neighbor!

Outstanding service from beginning to end! Our family (two men, one grandma and a preteen male) went in today for a family spa day. The whole team was fantastic, helping the newbies feel comfortable for their first pedicure. Our manicures were excellent, pedicures were restful and everyone felt great on our way out. Thanks to manager Lisa and her team for making our last vacation day like a mini-retreat.

(wish I could remember her name) I also had a mani and I recommend everyone there they are so nice, but LJ did an amazing job on my nails (gel), I have gotten so many compliments! First time @ Nails Image, and I will be back!!

Absolutely love this place..... I'm an out of towner, at home I only allow one nail technician to work on my nails however, I am visiting my husband who is working in the area.... It was a sort of unplanned trip so I didn't have time to get my nails done bk at home...... Unfortunately my nails were 3 weeks out and looked horrible so I needed them done asap... Google and few places in the area when I stumbled across this one the reviews are awesome and the place is wonderful Ken and his wife Lisa are amazing needless to say I'm not disappointed and wouldnt mind driving the 4 hours to come here just to have my nails done!

I didn't bother saying anything but I should have. Crappy service. Over priced. I will tell all my friends that they're better off at another place.

This is not for me, but for my wife and daughter. We were hanging around Carolina Beach when they decided they needed a "pedi." We walked in pretty close to closing time and they happily accommodated the request. Owner was very friendly, watching the football game, chatting, and offering me refreshments while I waited.Facility was clean and well lighted. Work was done well. Our go to place in CB now.

Wonderful people and service! The staff at Nails Image is dedicated to making you feel at home and comfortable. Well staffed and the staff is professional and curteous. The atmosphere is professional, clean, and relaxing. Reasonably priced and beautiful work! I was hoping for a Wow! experience because they are so convenient to home, but got an acceptable experience. They have 3 levels of nail work - basic, spa and deluxe. The spa pedicure was very nice with lots of different rubs and scrubs and a hot towel foot wrap as well as hot leg towel.
