I walked in with my sister to get a full set, the nail techs didn’t greet us or bother to even ask what service we needed, so we sat and waited patiently. I went in for a fill-in and polish change on my toes. The man who started my toes used a drill his hands were shaking so bad. He nicked my cuticle I said that hurt he acted like he didn't hear me, nor did he apologize. Mind you I didn't have gel polish on my toes. So it was time for me to get my fill I told the lady I wanted a my tips done with a design she stated she didn't know how to do designs. I then asked is there anyone that can do designs she said no. Terrible job! I got my acrylics done a week ago and three nails have already broke! The middle aged man who did them face timed a girl the whole time, and rushed through them ! Didn't ask me for the shape i wanted and begged me to do gel because "It dries quicker" and they were in a rush. He made it to where the acrylic and paint is so far away from my cuticle that its only a week later and i already need a fill in!!! Very displeased with the service and the nails! It's almost like the employees want this business to fail. This is not my usual place. I had broken a nail and had to run to Walmart so it was convenient. The older lady in the back repaired it. Didn't ask me anything about the shape or length. I should have spoken up because it look like a duck bill at the end of my finger but after hearing the young man that works there ask his customer if she would tip him at least $5 because he didn't have any money in business was slow. After today I won’t be coming back. A male employee has made me feel uncomfortable every time I’ve gone in. The few times I’ve gone in he’s told me repeatedly I am such a “pretty girl”, asking if I have a bf or am married. He told me before he has so many girlfriends and given me a hand massage after I told him I was okay and didn’t want one. I came in for a fill in. They did not even take the time to see that my nails were gel and not my own, so they soaked them in polish remover for at least 20 minutes while I had my pedicure. When I moved to the chair, I was setup for a manicure. They realized that they had started a manicure and laughed for quite some time as the top layer of gel on my nails came off in chunks. I then had to endure a painful removal process of the original gel set that I had come into the salo...n with. The gentleman doing my nails was very rude and unhappy with the short length that I requested. When I was finally done, I was charged for a full set. I reminded the gentleman that I came in for a fill in. He was not going to reduce my cost, even after the experience that I had due to the salon’s negligence. He eventually reduced my payment by only $7. According to the price list by the register, my gel fill in should have been $20. I was charged $35. That is the price listed for a full gel set, which tells me that I was already being charged more than was posted. This is the first time I have ever left a nail salon without leaving a tip. If I could leave zero stars I would. Let me tell you about my experience, I walked in 40 minutes prior to closing for three pedicures and three polish changes they stated it was no problem. Had a pedicure done, asked for ingrown to be removed, it was never removed and now it is worse. Went back in and they said they don't "warranty" pedicure work for more than a week or two. Went there last Wednesday to get gel polish before I went on vacation and it started to lift up. Today I went back to get it fixed and they told me they would fix it for $15. Horrible service, I left this salon with crooked and badly shaped nails. I even mentioned several times that the nails were way too thick.
