Came in and waited almost an hour when told they’d be right with me. This was my first and last visit. I stayed cause my friend was already here getting a pedicure. 3 other people were attended before...
Came in and waited almost an hour when told they’d be right with me. This was my first and last visit. I stayed cause my friend was already here getting a pedicure. 3 other people were attended before me that came in after I had already been waiting - I ended up leaving. Big waste of time! Incredibly small selection of colors to choose from.

This was my first time at Wonder Nails. I just moved to NC. It's a very nice place and the lady who did my toes was very good. She was friendly and made the cutest anchor design on my toes.

Went here a couple days ago and have been here a few times before. However, this time the lady completing my pedicure was in the middle of cutting my toenail down and the next thing I know I feel a sharp pain then look down to see my toe covered in blood. Went through multiple cottonballs to stop the bleeding. Next instead of trying to clean the dried blood up, she left it and painted over some of the blood. They are typically good at scrubbing the dead skin off, but this time the lady did not even scrub, much to my disappointment. Will not go back again.

Terrible! I am a regular customer, but today I sat with my feet in water for 20 minutes while the workers sat talking and texting. When 2 people walked in after 20 minutes they started on them immediately and asked me to wait for the manicurist to finish. There are too many nail salons in Burlington to be ignored at this one.

Will NOT be going back! Went last Friday and the girl in table three tore my nails up!!! I have six or seven cuts on my nails and cuticles from how rough she was. Terrible service!

I learned at that point this shop does NOT do liquid gel. Give me what I want....Not what you want me to have.. if you want me to pay.

First time here. Water for my pedicure was too cool. I told them it was my first time here, and they didn't explain or offer anything. I read on the "menu" they offer complimentary drinks, I guess you are supposed to ask because no one ever offered. I had to ask for the wifi password. The technician cut my toenails too short. I had asked for a certain design on my toes and they put the whole wrong color on there! I'm sure it's because there was a lack of understanding. I just wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be going back.

Went there today for the first time. I get my toes done about once a month professionally, but have been unhappy with my regular spa. The place I've been going to (not Wonder Nails) has become more expensive but no nicer, and they push you to buy more, even after you say no. My pedicure with Chan was wonderful, it was a clean place, nice people, very relaxing music, and a great foot rub too. I read my book and enjoyed myself. I highly recommend them, and will be moving over from my old spa. Thank you!

Such a relaxing environment. They even offer complementary beverages such as sodas, water, or wine. And the prices and very competitive. Pedicures are $20 (Mon-Fri). I will certainly be back.

Terrible! I am a regular customer, but today I sat with my feet in water for 20 minutes while the workers sat talking and texting. When 2 people walked in after 20 minutes they started on them immediately and asked me to wait for the manicurist to finish. There are too many nail salons in Burlington to be ignored at this one.

First time here. Water for my pedicure was too cool. I told them it was my first time here, and they didn't explain or offer anything. I read on the "menu" they offer complimentary drinks, I guess you are supposed to ask because no one ever offered. I had to ask for the wifi password. The technician cut my toenails too short. I had asked for a certain design on my toes and they put the whole wrong color on there! I'm sure it's because there was a lack of understanding. Went there today for the first time. I get my toes done about once a month professionally, but have been unhappy with my regular spa.
