This was my 2nd time going to Lusy, The place is gorgeous the atmosphere is very relaxing. My only issue was I wasn’t offered any refreshments not even a cup of water. As soon as another customer came in he was offered water and wine right away! He refused both. My response was Ohhhhhh you have wine?????? the staff said I’m sorry, And ask the other staff to bring me a glass of wine. When she came out with the glass of wine She offered it to the Man that had refused earlier ...🤔. Then handed it to me😶. Oh did I mention, The staff that was doing my nails left me right away to start on the other customers pedi, She had the other staff finish up for her. I had a spa pedi and SnS nails. Which looked great! No problems there! I tip pretty decent, so I was satisfied with the work. However I don’t like being treated less than!!! I may try them one more time to see what my next experience is like! Afficher la suite

I have been coming to Lusy's for over a year now! I absolutely love it, I've never left unhappy with anything they did. All the employees are friendly, and they get to know you by name, and talk to you with interest in what you have to say. I have recommended so many people. Now they are reoccurring customers!

The girl rushed through the job, put on too much polish so my nails are filled with bubbles, the polish is uneven, and when I messed up a nail on the dryer the girl told me "you can't really see it" a...
The girl rushed through the job, put on too much polish so my nails are filled with bubbles, the polish is uneven, and when I messed up a nail on the dryer the girl told me "you can't really see it" and went on to take care of someone else. I will not be going back.

I was very disappointed on my pedicure. It was terrible and was informed by two people that work in there and nothing was done. A day later my feet was rough again. She didn't scrub or clean very well...
I was very disappointed on my pedicure. It was terrible and was informed by two people that work in there and nothing was done. A day later my feet was rough again. She didn't scrub or clean very well. And I was referred by a friend and my cousin but will never go there again.

The people here are SO nice! I'm not from Burlington, but work close by and dropped in during my lunch break. My first visit was for a basic pedicure but the gentlemen really put in a lot of time and effort to do it well and give me a relaxing experience. I had to rush back to work and ended up messing up my polish on all 10 toes! I came back later that afternoon and they fixed me up and refused to accept my payment. I will for sure be going back on a regular basis. They do great work, at a great price and are so personable and sweet!

This was my 2nd time going to Lusy, The place is gorgeous the atmosphere is very relaxing. My only issue was I wasn’t offered any refreshments not even a cup of water. As soon as another customer came in he was offered water and wine right away! He refused both. The people here are SO nice! I'm not from Burlington, but work close by and dropped in during my lunch break. My first visit was for a basic pedicure but the gentlemen really put in a lot of time and effort to do it well and give me a relaxing experience.
