I have been here many, many times and always had a pleasant experience until tonight. To start off, before my pedicure started the nail tech asked me if I wanted the elite (their top pedicure package, $45) and I told him yes. After I had shellac applied to my toes, normally you have several different massages with different lotions/oils while your feet are in wax (this is not my first elite pedicure), but what I actually received was a quick "rub down" with oil, feet put in w...ax, and that was it. When I asked where the rest of my pedicure was I was told that I was not paying attention and it was all done. Mind you, my mother is sitting next to me getting the same exact pedicure with all the correct steps (that I did not receive). I told the manager, Emily, and she proceeded to tell me that she asked the nail tech and he said I was not paying attention and she said that I could not expect a 2 hour long pedicure (it had barely been 45 minutes). This is the ELITE pedicure, $45! I can get a 30-45 min pedicure for $28, why would I pay $45. I usually don't get this upset, but it is very rude when the manager basically calls you a liar and that you aren't paying attention. Like I said I have been getting pedicures from Elite for years & have never had this kind of service. I will not be coming back, and not because of just this isolated experience, but the way I was treated by the manager, Emily. This was very rude, and not how you should treat customers. Not to mention another nail tech across the room was also telling me he completed all the steps (and she knows this, even though she was doing a pedicure during this time ). I was offered another massage after all this, but would you want another massage after that kind of experience? At this point I was very upset, and left. I'm sure after the way I was treated I wouldn't doubt that Emily will leave a smart remark, but just know you lost two good paying customers no matter how you respond. I will add that the tech doing my mom's nails, Kimberly, was great and she really enjoyed her pedicure. Mehr anzeigen Read Less
