Came in after work and Received a facial from Alyssa, I felt very welcome right when I stepped through the door. I was taken to the locker room to Luton a robe and didn't wait long to be greeted by Alyssa. She's very sweet and addressed any concerns I had with my skin that day. We focused on preventative aging, and she suggested products and additional services that would help me long term. The massage was relaxing and I felt very taken care of. I had a wonderful experience at Balance Day Spa in Burlington! The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and pleasant. I had a terrible neck/shoulder spasm, and Carrie was amazing as she worked with me to resolve my tightness and pain. She was very attentive to my needs and requests, and she did an excellent job answering all my questions. I was very pleased with my massage. Additionally, since I was getting the massage for an acute issue, I was thankful they could get me fit in quickly. All the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Was looking for a nice place to get a pedicure and wasn't finding many places in Burlington with good ratings.  Balance was well rated by a few and had a mani/pedi special that was even better if you went during the week so I took the plunge.  They were able to get me in after work on the same day and were very pleasant on the phone.  Jada was sweet and personable and did a good job on my sad fingernails and did a very good pedicure with an excellent massage. The products are excellent and there is a nice selection of OPI Polish.  I'll definitely be back again and may try a massage as well. Read Less

My mother and I planned a day at the spa with Balance Day Spa. I had a Pedicure with Brooke, who was great to talk with during my services and my mother had a massage.We were completely satisfied with our services and were blown away with atmosphere once we were taken back to the lounge area. It's not the most ideal place to have a spa in a shopping center, but once you are taken into the lounge, you completely forget where you are. (They did a great job in the design!)As for the prices, you get exactly for what you are paying for, they are completely worth it! I had a wonderful pedicure that lasted an hour, I honestly don't remember the last really well done pedicure I have experienced. And I think what they charged was more than adequate to what I have paid in the past.I will definitely be back and recommend this spa to my friends and family. Read Less
