I got my hair done yesterday by Taylor and I love it. She stopped me from making a huge hair mistake and I'm so glad she was honest with me and did a haircut that she said would match my face shape. She was super personable and down to earth, and made sure I was completely happy with how my hair turned out. I will definitely keep going to her. Changing my review - brought my daughter in for a special they were having for highlights. The stylist totally messed her hair up, then tried to blame the prior color for having the new caramel highlights turn PINK. They should have known if the color she currently has will not work with what she was looking for and suggested somwthing else. Now she has to be processed again, making this a 4.5 HOUR trip to put an all over color to correct the problem. Of the $137 I was ref...unded $77.50 and the stylist did apologize. The final color does look nice, but it was a stressful afternoon . Original post- admit i was very sad (but happy for her) to Leah decided not to return from maternity leave. I had my first facial ever with LeAnn and was so blessed by my experience from the moment i walked in the door! Even before hand when i was stuck in horrible traffic and almost cancelled, the phone receptionist was so kind and the staff incredibly generous and understanding! Upon checking in, i was offered a drink and immediately put at ease. I had just experienced an incredibly difficult day and I'm certain my blood pressure went down from the moment LeAnn came for me and b...egan taking care of me in every way! I really didn't know what to expect from the experience but i can assure you it was beyond what i had imagined. LeAnn was so gentle and calming and explained the process throughout my appt. Afterwards, I started to tear up as I was so touched by how well LeAnn had cared for me ~ until we both broke into laughter realizing that i needed to dry my tears as to not interfere with the emollient serums that she had pampered my eyes with! I have had the same person do my hair for years, and to be honest it is hard to compete with her, but, Brooke did. She exceeded my expectations. She was personable and made me feel like I had known her for years, and listened to what I wanted and did her best to achieve that, and succeeded.
