Overpriced even for polish!! This business was going to charge me for a manicure even though i did not need it. Ask them for a gel nail polish change and was told $35 to switch polish. My daughter and I went for Pedis for her 4th birthday yesterday, she specifically requested to go see Alex on her birthday! They treat her like a little princess and we have been going there together since she was 1 yr old! The most basic of services.  Not worth the wait or the price.   Staff pleasant but singularly focused on their next customer there is no attention to the service they are currently providing.   Not enough staff working.  Turned away 6 clients while in the pedicure chair than told no time to do manicure because they did not understand that was what we wanted when we walked in.  Even though we had selected nail colors for hand and feet.   The service was no better than you can do yourself at home with a glass of wine and better equipment.  Completely disappointed and this was the third experience here. Try, try and tried for the last time.   Nail places are all over there is no need to stop here.  Keep driving you will certainly find another salon more interested in delivering better than basic services. This place closes at 7:30 PM. I arrived at 6:45 and was told they could not take any more clients for the day. Obviously the place was busy however understaffed and unprofessional. I have never been to a business that closed in 50 minutes and could not be seen. I will no longer recommend or get my nails done at this location again.  V-nails off of Steele Creek does an awesome job and Will become my full-time place.    Lastly if you would like an additional color on the tip of your nail ( when getting a French they charge an additional five dollars as they consider this nail design - The exact same amount of polish is used with this method and no other salon that I know of would charge an additional five dollars for different color. This place rushes through the job, nails look good but no massage and the quickest pedicure I've ever had- if ur in a rush this is great but I like to enjoy and get my feet rubbed this is not the place for relaxation or massage Read Less

This is a great place to get your nails done. The staff is very nice and you can actually understand them when they talk. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because they don't do acrylic nails, and I feel like if you have a nail salon, acrylic nails should be a must. Had a really positive experience here today. I walked in at 12:07 and there was already a wait but it wasn't a big deal. Got gel mani/basic pedi. Both done well with great attention to detail. I like the modern, clean altmosphere and choice of music. I'm not into matching my fingers and toes, but thought I'd share that they have both regular and gel polish in the same shade, right next to each other on the shelf. Great place in the Belmont. I was new to the area and looking for my local nail place. Tried a couple others before I stumbled on to this one. I am the quiet type. Lavendar Nail Salon is not all that .. The pedicures are less than the best. I vowed not to visit anymore,  but was in a hurry, so I gave them another try.  The guy doing my pedi was awful.. Polish job looked like ****. I will never recommend or return.!!! Read Less

Me and my daughter went in on 2/25/2017 to have a mani / pedi done and the lady that did my daughters nails did a very good job the guy that did my nails only cut my cuticle and filed my nails no lotion or massaging my hands at all. I really don't like my nails. I will not go back. Read Less

This is a wonderful salon! The staff are attentive, careful, and have amazing attention to detail. I had a broken nail and the manicurist fixed it and it lasted through my next manicure. The salon is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I've been more times then I can count and will definitely be back if I'm in the area. Read Less

I went in to get a gel fill and was quickly denied service. A man walked up to greet me, took my hand to look at my nails and says "we don't do fake nails here, only natural." So I promptly left and found a nice nail salon that would provide me service. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of, a nail salon not doing acrylic nails. Read Less

Alex, Linda and Cousin Ken are the absolute best!!! Love them and their salon. Boyfriend Lyn won't go anywhere else - Linda has solved his ingrown toenail problem!! Took my Mom there today for a pedi for an early Mother's day gift and I got a pedi too. We will definitely be back. The atmosphere was relaxing and they give you wine while you get your pedi which sealed the deal for me! :) The staff was pleasant and they took their time doing the pedicures. Great service.
