I went to Queen Nails for the first time today after a not so great experience the day before at a different place. The place was super nice, clean and all the staff was very nice. I had the pleasure of getting Rio to do my pedicure. He was AWESOME!!! So nice, had great conversion with him. I could tell that he really enjoys want he does and it shows in his work. I just had a pedicure and fill in at Queen nails, and I I have to say it was the best experience I have had at a nail salon in a long time. I used to go to another popular salon on zoo Parkway and they have become very impersonal and their work hurried and not very good. The hot stone pedicure was sooo nice and relaxing. My feet and legs are so soft and my toenails look wonderful. Katrina did my nails, taking her time to make sure my nails were perfect. I’ve been going to queen nails in Asheboro for 2 years now. Up until today that is as I will not be returning. I went in for SNS nails as usual and had it performed by a man I’ve not seen before. Didn’t think too much of it at first but after my nails were finished he then tells me to come back if anything isn’t done properly or breaks. Well obviously he knew his work was not up to par and within 5 days my nails began to lift and break. We had a snow storm come in that day and prevented me from making it back to have it fixed sooner so I went back as soon as I possibly could on the following Wednesday. I walk in show the man and he directs me to a women who tells me she will fix them but I would have to come back because they were busy at the time so I set up the 4 o’clock apt for that day. I return at the appointment time and I wait ten minutes for her to come tell me she will only fix the ones she thinks needed to be fixed but she wouldn’t redo them. After I just paid 45$ a little over a week prior to have them done, and even tho the poor work was very apparent she refused to redo them properly. Insisting on cutting them off with tools. I do SNS for the sole reason that the removal process keeps your nails from being damaged by being soaked off and yet she wanted to cut them of with the plier scissor tool at which point I began to get upset though staying respectful and state of they had been done properly the first time that I would not have had to return needing them fixed. She then implies I’m simply trying to get my nails done again for free. So infuriated I just leave to avoid any further embarrassment and conflict. Afterwards I find out that the owner sold this location and no longer own or managed it which makes perfect since because Adam NEVER would have allowed that to happen and he and his family were always accommodating and customer oriented. The new owners however are not even close. Looks like I’ll be taking trips to high point to his new location in the future. Don’t waste your money here. Read Less

Went to queen nails for the first time. And never going back. They wouldn't let me sit with my sister or best friend. They lady who did my nails was very sweet. The main guy was just rude. Over charged my sister from what they told her and added on the tip his self deffiently not what I expected from all the comments on the website. Read Less

I went to their salon today and had my acrylic nails removed because I was so displeased with how they looked from the salon I previously went to. Prior to coming in I saw on FB they do SNS nails. Not knowing what that was I researched online and thought I'd give it a try. I can tell you I'm sold on it after today! The gentleman that done my nails did the best job I've ever had on my nails and I'm so very pleased with his work! I can tell you, if you've been accustomed to acrylic nails, you have to try SNS. If your unfamiliar with it, Google it and give it a try. I will never go back to acrylic after feeling the difference in this! Read Less
