Tried this place because the place i go to was closed. The lady that was doing my toes left in the middle of polish. She went to another person. That was not even right. There I was just sitting. I got fake individual eyelashes for the first time, kept them on for about 2 weeks & then went back in to have them removed. She put glue remover on my eyelashes & got tons of it in my eyes & it burns like a mother fucker...she gave me a piece of paper to fan my eyes. Used tweezers to try to remove the glue & went through my eyelashes multiple times & pinched my skin under my eyes. She ended up removing HALF of my real eyelashes on both eyelids & 1 eyelid was bleeding! It got to the point she was hurting me so bad that I went to their restroom & took the rest off myself. After shopping around for quite some time in the area I had been very disappointed in the quality of service and the finished appearance of my nails. I went into LV Nails today as a walk-in. Ann did an awesome job on my fill-in, making a previous, horrible job from another salon actually look good. She is a superior nail tech, very gentle and very thorough. She was friendly and personable, unlike the rude and cold techs I have encountered everywhere else I have tried. The prices here are also much better, especially considering that you are getting better service and treatment than other higher priced salons with slipshod service and rude techs. Five stars here. I love this salon! They do a perfect job every time. And they go above and beyond what is expected. This last time they stayed late so I could make it from work in Burlington to fix something I messed up and I had my 2 year old. Not only did they stay late to help me but they helped pamper my baby to make the experience better for her too. They are awesome! Read Less
