This shop does not even deserve 1 star. Nails were super uneven. It was EXTREMELY noticeable. Next day it already looked like I needed a fill in because of where the acrylic was placed. I was cut in FOUR different places on my fingers. Polish was uneven and splotchy. Color was put on so thin it was translucent when it was supposed to be dark. I had to go home and fix them myself because they were too busy. I understand that the shop was busy but what happened to decent customer service. I will never return to this shop. I would NOT waste my money here. Unfriendly staff, terrible work, and awful customer service.

if i could give 0 stars i would . customer service is terrible . they are very rude . they rush as well . usually when i get my nails done it takes maybe an hour , it took 30 minutes . i’ve been here more than once and both times they’ve been very rough & i’ve left with bleeding fingers . there isn’t even a lot of customers so there is no need to rush anyways . they also complain when you tell them how short you want them and the color you ask for . i definitely WONT be back .

Is it possible to give no stars? Let me start by suggesting NOT to go here if you want them done right. I’ve been a total of 3 times and each time was because the nail place I originally go to in the mall was too busy. This last time was for my birthday and they really messed them up. Every time I got a manicure/pedicure at this place I would leave cut up with misshapen nails because they would rush to get done. Not to mention a women who sat next to me told me they take out ingrown/infected toenails and she’s watched them do this for multiple people... is that okay? And since when can 16 year olds do nails? This made me uncomfortable on my last visit because the girl I had doing my nails called the man over to come cut up my toe to get a nail out which left my toe bleeding and gross looking. Then I found out the young girls they hire don’t even have a license... when I asked one young girl where she went to school she said RCC for a few weeks, but didn’t finish high school? Classes take months to finish for nails. I also hope they know that their boss can’t teach them nails when he doesn’t have the proper degree for it? No wonder this place has such terrible reviews. No one is specialized for the work going on here, Someone needs to give this place an inspection. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DONT GO HERE..

This was my first time going there. I wasn't happy and won't go there again. I got the acrylic nails with free white tips for 25.00
They were both rushing. There was a man and a pregnant woman who both took turns on doing my nails. The guy cut my cuticles that 1 of my fingers is really bad. But there was a total of 4 that bled. I would post pics if it had a button to do so.

Worst customer service!! I went to get my eyebrows waxed, the girl just tells me to go to the back room. The woman and a man were back there just eating. She gets up and starts doing them and rushing....
Worst customer service!! I went to get my eyebrows waxed, the girl just tells me to go to the back room. The woman and a man were back there just eating. She gets up and starts doing them and rushing. She dropped wax in my hair and didn't even attempt to get it out. When I went to pay they were just ignoring me I should have just walked out. Never again!!!!!

I have been to a few nail bars and this is by far the best I have been too. Had nail extensions and they have done a great job exactly what I wanted. If your a bit indecisive a little like me, they are willing to make suggestions. Really friendly people, and will defiantly be making a trip back.

This place has the worst customer service ever.. My friend and I went for a Mani - Pedi, During the pedi the man cut the side of toe( I'm talking constantly bleeding open cut) then during the midway point if my pedi he gets up and starts on another lady that came in.. Just left me sitting there. Another woman comes over to finish... She is rushing because she's busy and doesn't want to be bothered.. in her hurry she does a terrible job painting clumps, missing places, and streaky. I ask her to fix it politely and she say there's nothing wrong with them and argues with me about fixing them. Finally she goes over with a second coat and they still look terrible. Mid way to this story my hands are put into a bowl of solution and left to sit there for 25 mins before coming over to do my hands. I don't ask for my nails to be cut she just went on her own accord. Cuts them too short,files them uneven, never even looks at my cuticles, and never a drop of lotion on my now over dry hands from that solution. Now we are back to the painting part again. This is just as terrible as the first time sides not done in consistent color... I have to ask for her to fix them. This proves to be easier than the first argument but I'm to the point of tears now, it shouldn't have been necessary. I would have gotten up and left if I wasn't with my best friend. Girls afternoon ruined!!! Stay away!!!!

This shop does not even deserve 1 star. Nails were super uneven. It was EXTREMELY noticeable. Next day it already looked like I needed a fill in because of where the acrylic was placed. I have been to a few nail bars and this is by far the best I have been too. Had nail extensions and they have done a great job exactly what I wanted. If your a bit indecisive a little like me, they are willing to make suggestions. Really friendly people, and will defiantly be making a trip back.
