Very accommodating, I walked in there like an awkward duck (I haven't had my nails done by a professional since I was 12, I'm 30) and after complimenting my natural nails, they were understanding when I told them I was pressed for time. They gave me a Mani/pedi in no time flat and even surprised me with a back massage while my nails were under the UV light. Well it was good but. Took my girlfriend to this place. Got to pedicures They really didn't do too much as far as the bottom of our feet?? They worked on the toe nails. Girlfriend was bleeding maybe a little to rough. Three let rub was awesome. Now my left big toe. This was Saturday, Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday toe was hurting. Well about Monday I was checking it out it was a little swollen and red. It's it would have gotten worse I would have gotten it looked at. The pedicure was $23 and included a paraffin dip, which was really nice. The woman who did myPedicure was awesome. It was a fantastic pedicure. The reason for 3 stars is the atmosphere. The massage chairs don't work, the remote looked likeIt was in a fire and then chewed up by a dog. There was no music or television. Also the nail polish selection wasn't the greatest. Everything seemed old and crusty - and very few recognizable brands. Came here today for a couple nails to fix. I ended up getting a whole new set. With ombré. It came out ok. Not super happy. I'll probably get it fixed once I get back to Cali.They were really nice but they talk alotta stuff in there languageThey made it seem like I was asking for too much even tho I'm paying hella much. I don't care about the money as long as I get what I wantI can tell they be talking about people. Laughing and al that after people walk in. Friendly staff. Went in for a polish change (gel) wasn't able to get the design I wanted and got a mediocre design. Paid 20 dollars and the next day my GEL polish started lifting. Not going back. I would rather wait a long wait from more reliable places. Read Less

Wow!!! What a great experience! From the complimentary bottle of water to the friendly staff! My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our pedicures, we each were pleasantly surprised how LONG they massaged our feet/calves!! Really took their time. I've been going to J Nails for over 5 years and won't go anywhere else. They DO offer SNS nails, which is what I have gotten since it became available about a year ago. Finally I am able to have my natural nails without tips, and they are strong for the first time in my life. I came in for an SNS manicure because my regular tech was booked. The staff was very friendly however I was disappointed when I saw they don't use SNS products and try to cover the label of the other Company with stickers so you don't notice. The tech rushed through the whole process.  She didn't clean/trim my cuticles and I couldn't see any disinfectant that was used to clean the tools she used on me. I am from MD and my family and I were in town for a wedding.  I took my mom and aunt to the salon for Mani/pedis and I was very pleased.  The prices were great and the service was likewise.  The basic pedicure came with Paffrin wax; which I am not accustomed.  The technicians take their time to allow you to feel pampered although we were pressed for time so we had to shorten our time.  The services they offered filled up a notebook; amazing, eg mango deluxe pedicure had some type of cream, hot stones, Paffrin wax and a scrub; everything smelling like the option you choose.  And the options included chocolate; promengrate.  I mean I treat myself to high end spas every once in awhile, but I was truly impressed with this shopping center spa.  Can you say wine; we were even offered wine.   I also had my eyebrows and lips waxed and was pleased with those services only.  You never know when you are a visitor; so reviews like this are very helpful which made me write this review.
