I LOVED my experience here. The ladies are friendly, it smells nice, not like chemicals. The service was great, very relaxing! I enjoyed the conversation just as much as I enjoyed the pedicure. Will definitely be coming here from now on.!

They have been great! I've gone a couple times now, and after moving and needing to find a new place to get my nails done, they were very willing to try new or time consuming things!

They have been great! I've gone a couple times now, and after moving and needing to find a new place to get my nails done, they were very willing to try new or time consuming things!
I willk note that I haven't taken advantage of their pedicure services, and while the tubs look deep, I am unsure if their chairs have a massage feature. I would call ahead is that is a deal breaker for you!

Unlicensed workers, nails don’t last long at all, 3 days max, lots of people come back to get their nails fixed repeatedly due to bad service, they are also VERY unsanitary they only rinse their tools...
Unlicensed workers, nails don’t last long at all, 3 days max, lots of people come back to get their nails fixed repeatedly due to bad service, they are also VERY unsanitary they only rinse their tools, they do not follow proper procedures, it’s just very unprofessional, the business was taken over by Sophany, they didn’t change the name & kept it as Luci nails & when doing pedicures they don’t properly clean when they are done with a customer & everything I’m saying I’ve honestly witnessed.. if I were to be anyone going there I’d just find another place to go seriously it’s not worth it.. July 1, 2018 just a very unsanitary & unprofessionally place to attend, I wouldn’t even give them a star

Cannot believe this place. Came in on Saturday 2 hours before they closed... waited 30 minutes for a pedi and fill. Noticed it was nearing 7 and they had appointments coming in. I offered to come back...
Cannot believe this place. Came in on Saturday 2 hours before they closed... waited 30 minutes for a pedi and fill. Noticed it was nearing 7 and they had appointments coming in. I offered to come back Monday as it was their holiday and wanted to be nice and let them be with their family’s. I’m on the road for work so I made an appointment for 530 the following Monday, I uber from my hotel and ITS CLOSED. I’m flying directly to my boyfriend from being on the road all week for my birthday and stressed how important it was. Devastated to say the least.

Long story short . The owner did my nails too thin and within 3-4 days two of my nails completely broke off and on one of them my real nail was ripped off too , the whole area is sore and red . I got ...
Long story short . The owner did my nails too thin and within 3-4 days two of my nails completely broke off and on one of them my real nail was ripped off too , the whole area is sore and red . I got them done on a Wednesday, that following Sunday I return to tell the owner what happened . I was told to come back in an hour because she was “ busy “ . I come back and I wanted the owner to specifically fix it because it was HER work but she had her sister fix it for her . The only thing the owner did was shorten my nails and take the gel polish off with the drill . She says “ my sister is quicker so she’s going to help me with your nails “ .. I didn’t think anything of it because I thought her sister knew what she was doing . Absolutely not . Her sister added more acrylic to my nails to make them thick so they wouldn’t be so thin and easily to break .. well when it came time to do my shape I told her I wanted to keep my coffin shape and she said okay. My shape is AWFUL . All my nails are curved , slanted and shaped odd .. like first I come to you to fix them and now you mess up my shape. My nails have this ugly curve in them and I DO NOT like it one bit. I don’t care if the shop was closing in 30-45 mins , the owner told me to come back and that’s what I did . Apparently she was tired and didn’t want to deal with it so she made her sister TRY TO correct her work for her . Bad MISTAKE . I get my nails done faithfully every 2 weeks and had been trying to find a good nail salon to go to near my house since I moved to Archdale months back .. I thought I had finally found one but apparently not . They won’t touch my nails or see my face EVER AGAIN .

I've been here twice now and both times were very enjoyable! They're the only nail salon open on Sundays where I live so it's really convenient. They always do a fabulous job and they don't rush through the pedicures. They take their time and my feet always look amazing.

I get SNS and with in 1 day the design started peeling off and with in 10 days the SNS started lifting. The work was sloppy also. Will never go back

After reading the reviews about this store I decided to give them a try for my nails. And, I am so glad I did! The salon is clean and neat and always has a great choice of colors of polishes. Nee does mine every 2 weeks and is efficient, professional and enjoyable to associate with. I highly recommend this business. I have been extremely satisfied!

I at first started going to this salon to have my eyebrows waxed, because it was close to where I worked. After going 4 or 5 times, I found myself waiting for the work week to have my eyebrows waxed, specifically so I can go to here. The price is reasonable, the shop is clean, and the girl that waxes eyebrows is super nice. I've had my nails done here before too, gel polish, and I wasn't a very big fan, but I think it's more so a personal preference, and nothing anything to do with how it was applied. I'm going to keep going her for my eyebrow waxes.
