Don't go. I went last week to get SNS and I had a nail chip that night. So I Went back to them the day after to get my nail fixed. Two days after that I had more nails chip. SNS is way too expensive for the nails to chip within days. Obviously they have no idea how to do SNS. Even the nail I had fixed cracked. So I called to speak to the owner and they tell me she is on vacation. I asked to leave a message and to be contacted for a refund and left my number. You think I've been contacted? Poor customer service.

My mom introduced me to this salon several years ago. Throughout college I would come back here for the occasional pedicure when I was home. I also had my nails done here some in high school. I am now home finishing school and have come in more frequently and my mom is a regular so they usually recognize me. I have always had a good experience but I came in yesterday with a friend for two pedicures, a gel manicure for me, and an eyebrow wax for her. We waited for a little bit but when finally seen we felt we were rushed through. I had one of the men do my pedicure and manicure. Instead of using tools to remove excess nail polish from my skin on my toes, he would dig his nails into the skin around my nails to pick up the polish. Not only was this extremely painful, but there was still nail polish on my skin when I left. After being rushed through the pedicure, I sat to get my manicure. The manicure went out of order than I've typically experienced with certain steps not happening like usual. I have short fingernails but this was the worst manicure I've ever had. I ended up leaving and having one of the finger polishes peel right off because it was stuck around my skin. I went back to show April and she refused to refund me but told me to sit and wait for it to get fixed. At this point, I just wanted to leave because having my nails done was turning miserable. I am going back today to get a new manicure (hopefully done by someone else) and I will not be back again. They never even gave my friend her wax because they were busy so we have her business to another salon. I have talked to other people who have better salons they visit with better prices and service. I wish this experience didn't happen but it was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

My mom introduced me to this salon several years ago. Throughout college I would come back here for the occasional pedicure when I was home. I also had my nails done here some in high school. This is the best place to get your nails done in town. Always perfect until you do something to screw them up after you leave. The Staff is amazing always taking their time and making sure you're happy. I went somewhere else once because o had a gift card. I left and came straight here for them to fix it. I get a gel mani and pedi. Reasonable prices and a glass of wine. Can't beat it.

I was insulted by the nail man who told me I had fat fingers multiple times. I waited for over an hour when I was told it would be 10 minutes. AND I didn't even get what I wanted. The man demanded I get round nail when I told him 4 times I wanted square and he still did round. In my opinion this man needs to be terminated for insulted customers because he will ruin your business. I know I will never be back, nor will anybody I know because I will NEVER recommend such a horrible service.

Tonight and friend and I came in to have a pedicure and manicure. Now, even though we came in at 6:30 (they close at 8) and they were busy, they took care of us with nothing but kindness and care. They did not rush through their work so they could leave on time. They stayed over to make sure their job was done correctly. I've been going here for years. They always fit me in. Prices are fair. Polish lasts 3+ weeks on feet and 2 weeks (gel) on hands (and I'm very hard on my hands). If a nail gets nicked while drying, they fix it perfectly. Decent nail art. If you don't like something, all you have to do is speak up and tell them what you want. Water too hot? Say something. Tickly feet? Say something. I liked my French really thin and it usually takes 2-3 iterations to get there but they'd rather be conservative than to start over. I had an expired gift card and they still honored it. I love these nail techs and this salon!

I've always gone here. The man tonight was not paying attention to anything I wanted, I told him multiple times to refile my nails to the shape I wanted (he did not), and the paint on my nails is absolutely atrocious. Literally peeling off and I had them done 4 hours ago. He didn't speak to me the entire time and didn't even ask for my payment. He was not focused on me at all whatsoever. Very disappointed. I love this salon but he was absolutely horrific and now I have disgusting nails for my upcoming trip this weekend. Thanks a ton!

I ALWAYS go to elite nails in Haddon hall commons. However, today they were closed due to bad weather. Of course when you come in they sit you in the pedi chair even if they aren't ready for you. I waited 30 mins for her to start my pedi. In the middle of it she got up to do an eyebrow way. Her massaging was poor the "hot towel" she put on my feet was COLD! Over all it was awful. I didn't even stay for my mani. Go to elite nails! Not here!

So I just start using the site today, and I just came back to visit the shop with my wife last week. Service was a lot better since Cindy left. At least I know the ladies there are not talking bad behind customers back at all. I got Cathy worked on my pedicure. She took her time and it was a very nice pedicure I haven't had for a long time. They seems to have new owner(s), and I LOVE the new treatments they have (especially hot stones). There's a very fun and kind young guy with the guitar (his name is Kevin?) we really had a great time here. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy your life.

I went to get a nail fill at this salon. There was two people working and one customer getting a pedicure. One employee said it would be 5 minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed. She said it would be 5 minutes again so I waited. Finally she came over and prep my nails. Then she said someone will be with you in 5 minutes again. I waited another 10 minutes. The lady with the pedicure had left, there was another customer there for a full set and she started working on her nails while I was still waiting. I asked her did I need to pay for her buffing my nails. I told her its taking too long and i just left and went to 55 Nails in Cary. Thats is very bad service to me and I won't recommend to friends for service.

Went with a girlfriend this Saturday for a mani/pedi. The lady harrassed me about my eyebrows...literally, harrassed. Told me my eyebrows were UGLY and needed to be done-that was after I told her no more than 5 x's-told her I had a budget. So, she asked if I would do it for $2 less. I said yes if you don't want a tip...that shut her up. PS-I don't have bad eyebrows-they are not over grown at all, never are. She asked if I wanted my nail polish on my fingers to last...uh YEAH. Ok, so she told me which colors to pick from. When we checked out-guess what, the ""special"" nail polish is $10 (the same as what she offered to do my brows for). I got a coat of basically clear ""gel"" polish that is chipping already for $10. I actually felt bad for not ""tipping"", for a minute. What a rip. We mentioned it to the cashier in Target, and she said they pull that crap all the time. I never had a problem before. I definitely wont' be going there again.

When I lived in Apex I used this place several times and the quality was no different than any other strip mall places. I did like how pretty it was inside though. Then on my 4th visit a girl I was not used to did my nails (it was a Sunday and she was a sub) and she used a very cheap file that cut my finger. She was busy talking to someone else and was not even looking at my hands. When I cried out in pain she just looked at me like I was insane. She cut the other side again and she finally stopped, sighed and dabbed some green ""medicine?"" on it. She never apologized. My finger was very read and swollen 2 days later so I went in to talk to the manager. She said that I had to tell her within 24 hours if I wanted them to repaint. I tried to explain it was not about that and she just shook her head and repeated herself. So, I stopped going there after my skin was infected and took over a week to get better. I would not go here.

After trying several local (Apex) nail salons, I'm so glad to have found Luxor Nail Spa! I have been getting my manicures and pedicures there, and they are the best! Although I have found my personal favorite(Trina), all of the staff members do great work. It is a very upscale, clean salon that also offers spa services. Great atmosphere, fairly priced, and my nails have never looked better- everyone asks where I get them done. Highly recommended!

I waited 30 mins for her to start my pedi. In the middle of it she got up to do an eyebrow way. Her massaging was poor the "hot towel" she put on my feet was COLD! Over all it was awful. I didn't even stay for my mani. Go to elite nails! Not here!

I have been to this nail salon maybe 5 times. Each time with a different nail technician and 100% pleased with each one. I will never go anywhere else, highly recommend!!

So I just start using the site today, and I just came back to visit the shop with my wife last week. Service was a lot better since Cindy left. At least I know the ladies there are not talking bad beh...

At least I know the ladies there are not talking bad behind customers back at all. I got Cathy worked on my pedicure. She took her time and it was a very nice pedicure I haven't had for a long time. They seems to have new owner(s), and I LOVE the new treatments they have (especially hot stones). There's a very fun and kind young guy with the guitar (his name is Kevin?) we really had a great time here. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy your life.

I went to get a nail fill at this salon. There was two people working and one customer getting a pedicure. One employee said it would be 5 minutes. Well, 10 minutes passed. She said it would be 5 minutes again so I waited. Finally she came over and prep my nails. Then she said someone will be with you in 5 minutes again. I waited another 10 minutes. The lady with the pedicure had left, there was another customer there for a full set and she started working on her nails while I was still waiting. I asked her did I need to pay for her buffing my nails. I told her its taking too long and i just left and went to 55 Nails in Cary. Thats is very bad service to me and I won't recommend to friends for service.

Went with a girlfriend this Saturday for a mani/pedi. The lady harrassed me about my eyebrows...literally, harrassed. Told me my eyebrows were UGLY and needed to be done-that was after I told her no more than 5 x's-told her I had a budget. So, she asked if I would do it for $2 less. I said yes if you don't want a tip...that shut her up. PS-I don't have bad eyebrows-they are not over grown at all, never are. She asked if I wanted my nail polish on my fingers to last...uh YEAH. Ok, so she told me which colors to pick from. When we checked out-guess what, the ""special"" nail polish is $10 (the same as what she offered to do my brows for). I got a coat of basically clear ""gel"" polish that is chipping already for $10. I actually felt bad for not ""tipping"", for a minute. What a rip. We mentioned it to the cashier in Target, and she said they pull that crap all the time. I never had a problem before. I definitely wont' be going there again.

When I lived in Apex I used this place several times and the quality was no different than any other strip mall places. I did like how pretty it was inside though. Then on my 4th visit a girl I was not used to did my nails (it was a Sunday and she was a sub) and she used a very cheap file that cut my finger. She was busy talking to someone else and was not even looking at my hands. When I cried out in pain she just looked at me like I was insane. She cut the other side again and she finally stopped, sighed and dabbed some green ""medicine?"" on it. She never apologized. My finger was very read and swollen 2 days later so I went in to talk to the manager. She said that I had to tell her within 24 hours if I wanted them to repaint. I tried to explain it was not about that and she just shook her head and repeated herself. So, I stopped going there after my skin was infected and took over a week to get better. I would not go here.

After trying several local (Apex) nail salons, I'm so glad to have found Luxor Nail Spa! I have been getting my manicures and pedicures there, and they are the best! Although I have found my personal favorite(Trina), all of the staff members do great work. It is a very upscale, clean salon that also offers spa services. Great atmosphere, fairly priced, and my nails have never looked better- everyone asks where I get them done. Highly recommended!
