Let me start off by saying that I used to love this place... I used to go every 2 weeks. After today... that probably won’t be the case anymore.

Let me start off by saying that I used to love this place... I used to go every 2 weeks. After today... that probably won’t be the case anymore.
Said I wanted me nails a little shorter, not a tremendous amount shorter.. Lee is great at detail but filed away way too much.. also, don’t get the matte top coat because it’s not matte. Hannah told me that if I wanted to complain then I should complain to OPI, not her.
Emily acted annoyed when my friend told her she wanted a square/round nail shape. Just lost 2 loyal customers because of attitude.

I am so disappointed! I Do Not recommend this place! Went in for the first time tonight at 6:04 and just now left at 7:56! Almost TWO hours for a pedi/15 min massage/gel polish. The polish looks like a child did it. Extremely sloppy paint missing in places and all over skin in others. So unhappy. The owner came over (she should have an hour earlier than she did). She said everything ok right?? I didn’t say anything. She should have come over at that point and finished/fixed it herself. I went ahead and paid. Walked out to car looked again and it was such a horrible job went back in. I paid $63 for this! She refunded me $15 cost of gel polish. She offered for me to come back in the am with I can’t because I have to work and going out of town (this reason for getting them done). Spoke to owner Hannah. She should have offered to redo it but she said would take too long. I said that I understood if this nail tech is new everyone needs to learn however this is a lot of money to pay and now I have to go get them done all over again! She said this guy has been there for awhile he isn’t new! Wow!! Very bad job and customer service. With all the nail places around it is not worth going there! I would never go back there now.

They have recently upgraded the interior and it looks very modern and clean. The staff is attentive and friendly-very accommodating. My shellac manicures last longer than other salons I've been to. I would give it 5 stars if they used a better method of wrapping my nails than aluminum to remove old shellac polish.

My family is new in this area. We have had a tough time finding a nail salon that works for us. We Love, Love Exel nails. Everyone is so kind and professional. I am really difficult to please, but they pull it off everytime. Especially Hannah and Teresa. These folks aim to please and I am so glad that that I chose them. You can get your nails done on almost every corner in this town, but in order to get the full package, you must try Exel Nails. By the way, my husband loves his pedicures.

Emily gave me a Signature Pedicure and Classic Manicure. She did such a great job and really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. She was very quiet, but very sweet. This nail salon was probably one of the best I have been to in a long time. Very sanitary, relaxing, and affordable. If I lived in Apex, I would be a regular here.

I've been here a couple times and the attention to detail is fantastic. They are extremely sanitary and the facility is very clean which is the most important part of a nail salon in my opinion. It's my favorite place to get my nails done in the area but not super busy. I've been trying nail salons in the HS/Apex/Cary area and this one is the best! Great staff too!

I work at the salon & spa down the way and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I walked down when a client no-showed but only had 45 min but wanted a really thorough job on my callouses (this required the $32 deluxe pedi.) Vivian did an incredible job, she got me done exactly when I needed but it was also SO relaxing! I went in just wanting my feet touched up and not expecting the full relaxing treatment in the amount of time given but it was wonderful. Her massage is fantastic (actual pressure!) The place is clean, the staff is friendly and I'm excited to go back

1st time this pass Saturday June 4. I wanted to have Tim do my nails as he was doing my daughter and I've seen and heard nothing but great reviews. But instead he asked if his wife Lynn can do it. Mannnnn... She is so AWESOME! She really did a real manicure like not just rushing. The pedicure was the business. She really took her time and had my feet looking brand new. This is a small place but is very clean and everyone is nice. The prices are GREAT!!!! This location is close for me and organized. They have a sign in sheet. I mean you don't have to believe me. Just check out the reviews on Yelp and see for yourself. I'm trying to tell you Lynn is my new nail technician, she is great. Tim is the bomb too! He did my dAuhters nail on pint! She loves them!! To the point everybody asking her on snapchat were she get em done at! Lol

The owner, Hanna is the greatest. I am a little nervous when getting my nails done, but she took her time with me and I trust her totally. She does a fantastic job, my nails look great and more importantly, they last. They look like I just got them done 2-3 weeks later when I come in for my fill. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. I would recommend Hanna and her salon to everyone.

Said I wanted me nails a little shorter, not a tremendous amount shorter.. Lee is great at detail but filed away way too much.. also, don’t get the matte top coat because it’s not matte. Hannah told me that if I wanted to complain then I should complain to OPI, not her.

My family is new in this area. We have had a tough time finding a nail salon that works for us. We Love, Love Exel nails. Everyone is so kind and professional. I am really difficult to please, but they pull it off everytime. Especially Hannah and Teresa. These folks aim to please and I am so glad that that I chose them. You can get your nails done on almost every corner in this town, but in order to get the full package, you must try Exel Nails. By the way, my husband loves his pedicures.

This nail salon was probably one of the best I have been to in a long time. Very sanitary, relaxing, and affordable. If I lived in Apex, I would be a regular here.

She does a fantastic job, my nails look great and more importantly, they last. They look like I just got them done 2-3 weeks later when I come in for my fill.
