This is absolutely the best, hands down place to get your nails and toes done right in Apex. My gel polish lasts upwards of 4 weeks especially if you ask for Melina or Mia. They are both so personable and help you decide exactly what you want PLUS deliver on that. (I'm so indecisive lol) If you pay cash, you get a stamp and can get a free pedicure after 12 times which is a plus in my book. Plus, you can enjoy a nice glass of wine if you so choose. This place!!!! I’ve been searching for a place like this for years. Every tech is amazingly talented and REALLY good at their job. You either love Annie (the owner), or you don’t. She doesn’t take it from anyone, and doesn’t allow people to badmouth or abuse her techs. Really good business woman. This place is super busy, so if you are looking for a quiet place to get your nails done, this may not be the place for you. But I would always want to go to a busy salon than an empty one. I've used this place twice and have been very pleased both times! Walked in this morning as soon as they opened and was seated right away for a pedicure. (Appointments are recommended though because lots of other clients came in quickly too and a few had to wait 10-15 minutes.) Prices are very reasonable and a basic pedicure was cheaper here than the other local nail spas I checked without even having to search for a coupon! The girl who did my pedicure was very friendly and spoke excellent English. She spent nearly an hour (~50 minutes) on a basic pedicure with at least 10-15 minutes of that on an amazing foot & leg massage. I didn't feel rushed at all and they wore gloves and had plastic liners in the foot spa, so very hygienic. I would definitely recommend and will be back myself! Read Less

This was my first visit and was for a pedicure only. When I came in, they did not remember that I had called and seemed a little off at first as the place was filled with people. I prefer that they would have told me to come at a later time and it was quieter. If they were more organized with appointments, I would have given them a 5-star review. But they got me in within a couple minutes with a lovely young woman named Mia. She spent a lot of time with me and the pedicure included an indulgent leg massage which is my favorite part. I've been going there since they opened. The last two times I went for mani-pedi's they were not done correctly and I had to have the gels nails removed and the polish removed from my toes and they wanted to charge me for removing what they didn't do right in the first place. Moved here from NY recently.... was getting powder manicures there and was concerned I wouldn't find someplace here that did it. To my surprise after searching on here I found this place. Called 1st thing this morning and got an appt with Emily the owner right away. She was more than accomodating and knowledgeable.  Im thrilled to find someone who really knows how to do the powder manicures. She had a great selection of colors too! Great ambiance, knowledgeable, gracious staff, and great prices. I had heard that prices here were more than NY for salon services, not at all... paid the same price. Highly recommended this salon! I've been going to La Belle for more than 10 years. I've tried other places after moving out of the area but have quickly returned. Well worth the drive. I went in yesterday for a deluxe pedicure and a regular manicure with my family. Everything was absolutely fantastic. It's a luxury experience- the decor is beautiful, the chairs are comfy, they offer you complimentary beverages. Mia did my nails and she was so sweet. The color I picked was very sheer (she swatched it on my nail so I could see them on me) and she found me a very similar color I actually liked even better. I pick at the skin on my heels, she recognized this and checked in with me to make sure nothing was hurting me. She made my feet smooth and they look like normal human feet again! I was so relaxed after the massage I ended up taking a power nap in the car on the way to dinner. Everyone was super friendly and we had a nice conversation. I've been going to this nail salon exclusively every 2 weeks for the past 7 months. I've witnessed on several occasions rude behaviors that the owner Annie and some of the other nail techs have displayed towards customers. Today I arrived at the salon for my 3:00 pm appointment at 3:04 pm. When I walked in and went to sign in, the owner Annie told me not to sign in because she had canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else who was there for a pedicure and decided to... get a manicure last minute. She then proceeded to tell me that the salon policy is that they will cancel an appointment if the customer is more than 10 minutes late. I then pulled my phone out and showed her that it was now only 3:07. She rolled her eyes and said fine, we won't cancel your appointment (like she was now doing me a favor). I just said no thank you and walked out. I will not be returning ever again. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, the owner should probably consider that when treating customers poorly. I've lived in the area for about 6 months and my nails have "suffered" the entire time. I had been spoiled by my previous nail techs, and the places I've tried in the area so far just didn't quite measure up.  I saw the great reviews for this place and decided to try. And YES! Blissful Nail Bar is exactly what I was looking for!  I'll be going back.Nice location and very nice interior. Clean and comfortable. Calm spa-like ambience.  And everyone totally focused on the customer experience.I got the luxury pedicure and it was worth every penny. My nails and feet were in very bad shape, so I expected some discomfort, but the nail tech was so careful and gentle no discomfort at all.  And my feet and ankles are extremely swollen due to health issues, but she worked magic!Normally I would do my own fingernails, but I want to try the powder polish they told me about. I went in today for a mani pedi after reading a review on Next Door. I was so impressed. I hate having my nails done so much but love the result. Emily made it feel relaxing and I am actually looking forward to returning. The shop is immaculate, beautiful and blissful! It's in a great tucked away location and is not your average mall nailShop. It's affordable and very "local". Great family ownership and expert service. I am excited to take my daughter in and for the first time am not dreading my return appointment! Emily informed me all about gel vs powder and is very into nailHealth! Walk ins are welcomed but know that it is a smaller staff right now so I recommend an appointment! It was a lovely sanctuary. My daughter and I decided to get pedicures I drive past this business quite frequently and we thought we would give it a try. Melina and Emily were awesome. I enjoyed the paraffin wax part of the pedicure it made my feet smooth to the touch after our pedicures they talked us both into getting this new service they provide called "dip nails" my daughter and I were both impressed with the services provided to us along with the friendliness of the employees. Was waiting to write a review until I was able to see how my nails held up.Went in last week, Thursday, for a mani and pedi. The ambiance was lovely. The music, the smell, their soft voices when they spoke to you- I felt like I was in a legit spa. The massage chairs were great as well. I had a deluxe (?) pedi... and it was amazing. 8 days later my feet are still soft and my polish still looks amazing.My mani was interesting. I'd never had a powder polish mani before... I frikkin' LOVE LOVE LOVE it. 8 days now and my nails still look amazing. Shiny, no chips or nicks. Totally worth the cost. The cost is a few dollars more than your typical cattle call nail salon but it's totally worth it. This is my new go-to place for my nails. I would suggest calling to make an appointment as I can see how it can get backed up sometimes. But the service was totally worth it. Highly recommend. Read Less

I'm consistently impressed by the service, selection of colors, prices, and professionalism. Emily is a top notch manicurist. (In fact, I followed her from another salon!) I visit Blissful every three weeks for a pedicure (often with designs) and gel fill-ins.  The salon is beautiful with top line chairs, lovely interior, and a relaxing environment. Love, love, love this place! Super cute and great service! I've been a client of Melina's for almost 5 years and followed her to Blissful Nail Bar. All of the ladies are friendly and do a great job. Try the dip powder manicure! It lasted 3 weeks when Shellac barely lasts 2 weeks for me (avid hand washer and have oily cuticles). The pedicure chairs are the best!
