I wish I could use zero stars because this place is horrible! The customer service sucks! They were late opening up. There was an entire line of people waiting to go inside and the owners were 30 minutes late. Once inside the salon is dirty and dusty. I usually go somewhere else but had an event to attend so I needed a fill in. They charged me extra without telling me. When I asked about the extra service charge, Julie began to raise her voice and yell at me. Instead of arguing back with her, I will never go here again... This place is dirty and techs do not wash their hands in between services!!! I literally had to ask the tech to wash his hands before touching my hands because he had just finished a pedicure without gloves on.

I have been going there for months and generally had good experiences. However, today they messed my nails all up and the guy kept burning my fingers with the grinder. I said that hurts and his respon...
I have been going there for months and generally had good experiences. However, today they messed my nails all up and the guy kept burning my fingers with the grinder. I said that hurts and his response was a smile and "I know." I politely said if you know then please stop. My experience was so bad my family and I will not go back.

They absolutely do not care unless you spendalot of money. My nails look terrible and now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money to fix my nails.

I have been going there for a few months now and today I was charged $29 for a fill in and gel polish. A fill in is $15, and I was told that gel polish was $5 . The polish doesn't even look that good ...
I have been going there for a few months now and today I was charged $29 for a fill in and gel polish. A fill in is $15, and I was told that gel polish was $5 . The polish doesn't even look that good and she cut my nails toi short. I should have said something but I was so mad that I just left. They wouldn't have done anything about it anyway. Never will I go back.

Best place in the area to get the full nail salon experience. They have a great new way to do lashes as well! Fantastic experience every time I go! They give me just what I ask for everyone!!

I wish I could use zero stars because this place is horrible! The customer service sucks! They were late opening up. There was an entire line of people waiting to go inside and the owners were 30 minutes late. Once inside the salon is dirty and dusty.
