My sister and I made an appointment at 10 and arrived on time. The place was full so we expected to wait a little longer. They sat us in Pedi chairs with hot water at 1030 and left us there. People were polite but no one addressed how we were waiting. It was 1115 before anyone sat down to do my pedicure. An hour and 15 minutes after our APPOINTMENT. They did a good job on our nails but my sister never got a foot rub, just lotion on her feet. The staff was nice and did a fine job but they should not have filled up the salon with walk ins when they had people with actual appointments.

I am very pleased that I listened to my sister's recommendation. Very clean, foot spa is lined for each customer then discarded after each use. Free WiFi plus complementary wine and soda. Christina did a fantastic job on my SNS nails. I highly recommend Polish Nail Bar. I will be a regular customer of Christina's.

Polish Nail Bar is by far the best nail salon around. The entire staff always welcomes you with a smile and are there to help if you have questions. The salon is always clean and well organized! Christina does my nails and I am always beyond happy with the results. She does an AMAZING job! I have never once had a nail to break or chip and they last twice as long. I stopped getting my nails done all together in the past due to the amount of money it cost and they would come off within two weeks. Never an issue here! I have been going to Christina for about a year and have only good things to say. I refer all of my family and friends!

I have been to this salon a few times and always encountered nice employees. I received the SNS nail system and they did a nice job. I also had a pedicure and that was nice too. Each service was $45 so for a total of $90. Now here is the tricky part, I was sent a coupon for 20% off so I was thinking great that is $18.00, I mentioned this to the gentleman that checked me out and he said the max on that coupon was $5.00. What! That was a bate and switch and I felt as though they had an intent to deceive me. So if you spend $25 you get 20% but if you spend $90 you get 4.5% off. Hmm.... Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Loved this place! Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and they did a great job on my gel polish/manicure. I will definitely be back. They also serve wine and soft drinks which is an added bonus you can't get anywhere else in Albemarle. They have 8 pedicure chairs and can accommodate a large group. Would be great for a girl's day or a bridal party.

My granddaughter and I noticed this new salon and wanted to check them out. It was opening day! Some delays of getting going due the weather but we were impressed with their warm professional client centered attitude. Everything is new and the decor was bright and cheery! Nail services (each of us enjoyed our mani/pedi) were done with care. They have a new product called SNS for enhanced nails and I love the results! Ask them about it. We did not sample the "BAR" options but I'm looking forward to the next visit to POLISH the NAIL BAR!

My sister and I made an appointment at 10 and arrived on time. The place was full so we expected to wait a little longer. They sat us in Pedi chairs with hot water at 1030 and left us there. I am very pleased that I listened to my sister's recommendation. Very clean, foot spa is lined for each customer then discarded after each use. Free WiFi plus complementary wine and soda. Christina did a fantastic job on my SNS nails. I highly recommend Polish Nail Bar. I will be a regular customer of Christina's.
