If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I are both licensed cosmetologists, licensed 11 years and 8 years, and we were in GR for the weekend for some continuing education for work. We visited this establishment on a whim for pedicures because we saw some good reviews online but our experience did not match what we read at all!! The only thing said to us was "what number?" While we were greeted promptly and seated with bottled water...it was our experience following... that lead me to this review. The woman doing my pedicure looked around every 30 seconds weather to check the clock or the door or the girl doing my friends pedicure...the absolute worst part was when my friends technician used the pumice stone on her then rinsed it off in the footbath and tossed it back in her basket only for my technician to pick it up and use it on me!! We both looked at each other in disbelief! Thank goodness it was my friend and not some stranger...aside from that fact it is ENTIRELY UNSANITARY!! There are laws and regulations in this industry and this is a HUGE NO NO!! She then paid no attention to the fact that she was buffing the tops of my toes (skin) instead of my actual toenails, she clipped my actual skin instead of my cuticles, the hot stone massage was so rough and the hot towels were so hot that when she put the first one on me I nearly kicked her in the face (for which I apologized as I told her it was TOO HOT) she shook the second towel out thankfully but her gloves prevented her from realizing exactly how hot they were. My friends nail technician used the cuticle nippers so much that her toes were sore by the time we got back to our hotel. At the end of our services we were escorted to the drying station. My friends polish was so lumpy (I should have taken a picture but we just wanted to leave)....my polish was smooth and even (the only plus side for me) so as soon as my nails were dry we decided to get up and pay. They didn't like that we stood up and told us to sit for 10 more minutes...I explained that we were both professionals and were comfortable with our choice to leave...they didn't like our response and went to grab back up. We were then faced by 5 employees trying to tell us to sit back down or put baggies over our toes. I restated the previous and they finally let us go.....worst pedicure experience ever!! See More

Had acrylics done here and was cut a few times. I was pretty understanding and let it go. My acrylics fell off a week later and there was mold underneath. I messaged them and never got a response.

The quality of the service was fair but the execution was poor. I was offered services and not informed of the up charges until check out. If you are offering things that cost more than the base cost let the customer know when its offered. Communication is key. Now to the actual execution. I enjoyed the massage and the hot stone massage as well. However, I asked for my nails to be rounded and they were not. Some were and others weren't, when I asked for them to be fix my nai...ls, you would have thought I set off a bomb in the place. They owner stating speaking in her native tongue and people were looking and staring and coming over. I was so embarrassed. Forget that I paid 45 plus a tip. For this kinds of money, there should not have been the need for a repair. I final left without her fixing the problem because she was never clear on my request. The place was clean and I was offered water. The massage chair was nice as well. See More

Nice and relaxing deluxe pedicures at a very reasonable price! $35 plus a $5 tip (be sure to bring cash for tips, they can't run it on your debit/credit cards). You can pick from about a dozen relaxin...
Nice and relaxing deluxe pedicures at a very reasonable price! $35 plus a $5 tip (be sure to bring cash for tips, they can't run it on your debit/credit cards). You can pick from about a dozen relaxing creams, soaks, and treatments. The owner is wonderful - she always greets you with a warm smile and immediately makes you feel welcome. Comfy seats and large amount of colors to choose from. Would highly recommend. ❤️💋

They have a sign outside stating pedicures are $27 and their brochure states it as well. Yet when it was time to pay I was charged $35. Plus tips have to be cash...when I saw I was overcharged I didn'...

They did a good job on my fingernails but I paid for a pedicure and the person doing it cut too far back on my toe and I now have an ingrown toenail.

Quality of work was so-so. They seemed more concerned about people walking in the door than paying attention to the customer in front of them. Very pushy to have you do 'more' than what you were there for. They also really pressure their manicurists to up-sell which detracts from the experience.

Me and one of my friends went to get our nails done and there was no line so I asked them how long would it be for us to get our nails done and they said 10 mins. There was probably 7 employees there but only two of them would do nails and some would just be sitting around looking at their phones while there are people waiting to be helped. Long story short, they took 2 hours to do my acrylic and my friend never even got called over to get hers done. People walked in after us and they called one of them over before her. She literally sat there so long she ended up getting polish off the wall and painted them herself 😡 Oh and after all of that I didn't even get what I wanted so I came home and had to reshape them myself. 😡

Very nice, clean and the technician did a wonderful job. I would recommend to start using the plastic liners in the foot basins, it's more sanitary. Also, was disappointed that I was not able to leave a tip on my debit or credit card, I had to use cash. Not a big deal, now that I'm aware of it. But, unfair to the technicians. Not everyone will be prepared to leave cash.

I went there today with my friends and wanted acrylics and they ended up painting my nails instead but I stopped them and they did my acrylics and the same happened with one of my friends but she ended up just leaving with the regular paint. And we were there for almost 3 hours, so it also took forever

Terrible customer service. Asked me to pay then painted my nails before running my card- where I then had to put my card away with wet nails and sign for it RIGHT after they painted them! They also did not listen when I asked them to cut down both my toe and finger nails, did an awful job painting them. The top coat was so thick the fan dryer blew waves in it. I waited 45 min for my nails to get somewhat dry so I could drive home.

They also did not listen when I asked them to cut down both my toe and finger nails, did an awful job painting them. The top coat was so thick the fan dryer blew waves in it. I waited 45 min for my nails to get somewhat dry so I could drive home.

My hubby recently had knee surgery...and not walking etc for weeks had created a hot mess for his poor foot/feet. Brought him in this morning for a much needed pedicure and the ladies were so amazing ...
My hubby recently had knee surgery...and not walking etc for weeks had created a hot mess for his poor foot/feet. Brought him in this morning for a much needed pedicure and the ladies were so amazing with him! He's in an immobility brace & isn't able to bend his knee for months, so he wasn't able to soak that bad side/foot in the water, which proved challenging to perform a pedicure service. But these ladies teamed up and worked in pairs to help get him the relief and comfort he was dying for. My hat is off to the ladies at DaVi, they were SO incredibly gentle and diligent with him today. He is feeling so much better & words couldn't begin to thank you enough for such awesome customer service!!!!! 's

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I are both licensed cosmetologists, licensed 11 years and 8 years, and we were in GR for the weekend for some continuing education for work. We visited this establishment on a whim for pedicures because we saw some good reviews online but our experience did not match what we read at all!! The only thing said to us was "what number?" Very nice, clean and the technician did a wonderful job. I would recommend to start using the plastic liners in the foot basins, it's more sanitary. Also, was disappointed that I was not able to leave a tip on my debit or credit card, I had to use cash. Not a big deal, now that I'm aware of it. But, unfair to the technicians. My hubby recently had knee surgery...and not walking etc for weeks had created a hot mess for his poor foot/feet. Brought him in this morning for a much needed pedicure and the ladies were so amazing with him! He's in an immobility brace & isn't able to bend his knee for months, so he wasn't able to soak that bad side/foot in the water, which proved challenging to perform a pedicure service. But these ladies teamed up and worked in pairs to help get him the relief and comfort he was dying for. My hat is off to the ladies at DaVi, they were SO incredibly gentle and diligent with him today. He is feeling so much better & words couldn't begin to thank you enough for such awesome customer service!!!!! 's
