Arriving just a few minutes before our appointment time for a pedicure and manicure, my friend and I were not greeted and barely acknowledged.One of the young men said something which I could not understand; I said, "We have an appointment."A woman came from the back and said that one of us could go first; the other would have to wait 35 minutes.I told her that we called for an appointment to have the services at the same time. We have been patrons of Kim nails since they opened. They do an excellent job on manis, pedis, and waxing. They are so nice and accomodating. It's nice to come in to an establishment and made to feel appeciated for your business. Customer service is a dying concept but definitely not at this establishment. Read Less

This salon was amazing! My mom and I got there later in the day, but they didn't rush, and we both had the best pedicures ever! I didn't look at the price before we sat down, and after the service we got, I expected it to be very expensive. It actually wasn't though! I will definitely be coming back again and again!
