Not impressed with this location at all. Very run down. The staff was friendly enough, but very inattentive. I'm also all for bringing your children to work, but the screaming and running around they were doing makes it really difficult to relax. With all the other options in town I will not be back here. $30 gel manicure started chipping after one day - ONE DAY!  Painted over cuticles were the culprit.  Considered going back for a redo but didn't want a repeat experience. I've been getting gel manicures every three weeks for five + years.  The OPI polish I requested was definitely not the same as other nail salons.  It contained sparkles and was a different color to boot. Absolutely wonderful. The people are extremely nice and considerate of the customer's feelings, and whoever says otherwise just doesn't like the fact they cannot speak more than one language or comprehend the fact English is not everyone's first language lol! Compassion leads to understanding, and these people deserve more credit than what bad, angry Yelpers give them for. They work very hard; I know all of their pasts and all of their stories. They were sons and daughters of Vietnam war soldiers, and some of them escaped to the States in search of freedom from communism and for a better life. And they sure got it! Fantastic place! The wine selection is amazing, and whilst the old owners are no longer there, the new staff is still just as good. Would give 10 stars, been going here since for more than a decade. Wife and I had pedicures a couple days ago and it was awful. Started out with the water being way too hot. I had to tell my girl 3 times that she needed to shorten this one nail more it's like she couldn't see it was so much longer than the others. This used to be a great place years ago but all the people are different and there was no enthusiasm with any of them. It was like we were bothering them. We will never go back there. Read Less

Horrible experience at this nail salon.  I stopped at this nail location in need of a quick pedicure and figured the out-of-the way location would make for easy entry and exit.  I was promptly greeted and given a chair, so far so good, then 15 minutes go by and no one is making eye contact or updating me on what now appears to be the wait time. I'm told "a few more minutes" and I figure I've already been here for 15 min so might as well stay.  Another 15 minutes go by and honestly, I should of left, but I didn't figuring it was sunk cost anyway.  Finally someone approaches and it takes the gentlemen a few minutes to get situated/started so now I've been in the chair for 40 minutes!  (Which isn't the problem mind you, it's the lack of information as they submit you to a chair with zero information).  He trims the nail and lightly touches the cuticle moving slowly, by the time he got to the pumice stone I opted just for a nail polish since it's now been over an hour and I couldn't wait another 40 minutes for a complete pedi.  A woman comes over and paints (she's obviously faster than the man) and I head to check out having received a toe nail cut, nail bed prep and paint- no calculous removal- no exfoliation or lotions or massages or any other service you receive with a pedicure.  At checkout they charge me the full pedi price, I ask for an amended price since they really only completed a nail polish change but they wouldn't budge and I didn't have the time to argue so I paid the amount, departed 1hr 20 min after I walked in, with $30 less in my pocket and services not rendered.These people are highly unprofessional and are obviously not looking for repeat clientele. I'm disappointed in what I hoped would be a hidden gem.  I advise all to say away and spend your money at at a salon that values their clients. Read Less

This place is rude and unprofessional! This was the first time my 13yr old got her nails done for school. Needless to say because of the unwelcoming demeanor and speech from the 2 male techs in the left back corner, she was very nervous and was told repeatedly to relax her hand. When it was my turn I understood why she could not relax her hand. The tech was rough and constantly stopping and talking to the tech beside him and actually he got up, got his phone and facedtime twice while doing my nails. Pushy about what to get for more $$$$, etc. After noticing how well people that were not of color were treated with more respect, friendliness and kindness we understood why we got the type of servie we did today. My children and I were still kind, respectful. We paid what we owed and left a tip. This was our first and last time there and we only went because ENVY NAILS was closed.....never again, we will wait!! The first impression was horrible. The place was very dirty and all the nail polishes were diluted. Not to mention all the eye rolls I got when I decided to leave and go somewhere else followed by the one male staff member yelling at me across the whole salon wondering where I was going, which was pretty embarrassing. I'm torn when writing this review. I definitely had the most amazing pedicure when I was here but when it came to the manicure, I was completely unimpressed and left angry. I had two different people (female working on the pedi, male working on the mani - I have a feeling he was the owner). The woman who worked on my pedicure was SO thorough and did such a great job. I'm very sensitive so she was careful in taking care of my toes and perfectly applied the polish. She was so sweet...loved that experience.When it comes to the mani, I have to admit...I was pretty pissed. The guy was clearly in a rush, didn't paint the entire nail and became agitated when I asked him to paint the entire nail. I think I have the right to do that when I'm shelling out nearly $70 for a mani and pedi. After asking him to fix multiple nails, he had an attitude with me and was being quite obnoxious about it..to the point where other customers heard. It made me really uncomfortable. He continued to hover over several nail artists who were working, which is what made me believe he was the manager or owner. Overall, I wish I could give this place more stars but because of my experience, I won't. Thankfully, I don't live in the area so I will never have to come here again! Read Less

The staff at this venue are very polite, conversational and eager to please. I love how my nails turned out and how quickly they were done. I took one star because the process of the shellac manicure I received wasn't as 'traditional' as I've gotten elsewhere and the cleanliness of the nail salon could have been better.
