Got my nails done by Tony last week and loved them. Came back in one week for fill in and gel polish and to clip nails down because they were slightly too long.....and some inexperienced Asian male who’s stationed in the back wrecked my nails! My nails look like hunks of chewing gum was put
Onto each nail bed. When I brought it to the owners attention she offered to have my nails re-polished.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? IM NEVER COMING BACK.... I’ll take the drive over to Central Avenue bear Bed Bath & Beyond.... they offer hot stone message with pedi and they do better work too!

I am a girl just using my mans google anyways I went there and told the lady to do coffin on my nails She did a horrible job my nails didn’t even look like a coffin nail they just looked like a person...
I am a girl just using my mans google anyways I went there and told the lady to do coffin on my nails She did a horrible job my nails didn’t even look like a coffin nail they just looked like a person who doesn’t know how to do nails did them. I asked her to fix it and since they were messed up she was just making it worse. I know there are some good ones there but this lady did a horrible job choose wisely who you choose bc she was super lazy. Nails started coming off within a couple days.

My mother came here with a gift card my sister in law gifted her. This was my mother's first experience and she's not one to be picky at all. First off they told her the whole works is $40 so my brother paid an extra $15. They didn't even scrub her feet, attempt to take off the calluses or massage her feet. For $40 I expect the works. What a rip off!! They saw it was my mom's first pedicure and took advantage just to get her out quick. I never ever write bad reviews but it's very upsetting to hear of this. I'll be taking her elsewhere to fix what this salon didn't do. $40 in the garbage.

Here 5 after 10 a.m., the time they’re suppose to be opened and they are closed. (Updating) May did a fantastic job with my nails. But they do need to open on time for 5 stars.

Unbelievably rude people. I arrived at 10 am, the time the salon was scheduled to open. They were still closed. There was another elderly woman waiting as well. We waited for them until they finally arrived at 10:25When I mentioned that they were late one of the women screamed at me "go somewhere else then!". The elderly woman had been waiting for them in the heat and they were ready to refuse her service as well. I was so shocked. Not only will I never visit this place again but I'm looking into reporting this business as well.

Unbelievably rude. I arrived at 10 am, at the time the salon was scheduled to open. It was still closed. There was another older woman waiting as well. At 10:25 am the employees finally arrived to open the salon. When I mentioned that they were 25 minutes late, one of the women started screaming at me to "go somewhere else then!" The woman who was waiting with me was elderly and had been waiting in the heat for them and they were ready to refuse her service too. Truly unbelievable and not only will I never visit this place again but I'm looking into reporting them as well.

I went for the SNS and while they do the service, they only offer one color. The former salons I've been to have dozens of colors. I was disappointed to go home with a nude colored nail.This also has to be one of the dirtiest looking nail salons I've ever been to. I don't need the Taj Mahal, but everything in there just looked like it has been taken out of a dumpster. The technicians were very polite and their quality of work was fine, but the place was a mess. You'd think all this would mean cheaper services but their prices were comparable to everywhere else I've been. I'd never go back here. My hunt for SNS continues, =(

I got my nails done at another place and I was not happy. I came to Nancy's to fix them. They look great now. Very pleased. $20 for fill ins. Long wait on the Sunday I went...about an hour or so.

I asked her to fix it and since they were messed up she was just making it worse. I know there are some good ones there but this lady did a horrible job choose wisely who you choose bc she was super lazy. Nails started coming off within a couple days.
