Went to this place earlier this summer being that I noticed it was a new establishment in the neighborhood and also a quick walk from my house. I decided on a pedicure. My first impression was that this place is very nicely decorated but that is my only nice comment. The lady that did my pedicure didn't even scrub my feet...The water was FREEZING...and she basically looked like she was absolutely miserable and bothered. The music was soooooo loud that you couldn't even hear anything. And...I do believe that you probably need a liquor license to be serving alcohol (Ladies at the counter were drinking what looked liked champagne??) Would rather travel to get better service. All the other reviews are pretty accurate. The nail salon decor is nice and tries to present itself as a upscale luxury nail salon but everything else is super ghetto. The pedi is super basic. The nail techs are extremely rude. I had moved my finger while she was painting it. It did smudge a little I giggle and said oops I'm very sorry. She chuckled and said it's not funny. That was my last time ever going there. Completely unnecessary to get an attitude over something very simple to fix. Also they barely have nail polish to pick from very limited. They got the job done. The staff was attentive and good price range. Would i go back? Yeah. Did i get attended in a timely manner? Yes i walked in and got taken care of instantly. Was it loud? Yea but i didnt mind the music was good. Read Less

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! I read the prior reviews and still chose to come here so this is sooo my fault. Never have I gotten a mani and pedi and was cut on more than 5 fingers and toes! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER step foot in this establishment. This review was based off my experience in April . I went to the salon around 3:00 on a Monday and wanted to treat my mother for her birthday to a mani and pedi .. We asked to sit together but since there was only one person doing the pedicures she could not accommodate two people . Ok fine, so my mother went first for her pedi and I sat down on to do my mani . Don't really remember their names but I can tell you the lady doing my mani was wearing glasses and was very ROUGH and made me bleed when I asked for a tissue to clean up the blood she states" you cut your nails not me."Great so now I have blood dripping down my fingers and no tissue , she proceeds to put something on my finger to stop the bleeding . Thankfully that did not last very long . The most disturbing part of this all was that my manicurist and the other lady who was sitting next to me getting tips were talking about sex . Nothing wrong with that but there is a time and place for everything and if you are doing my nails you should try to keep those comments to yourself and focus on the person you are working on.  Here comes the pedicure part lady with the blonde hair does not smile at me does not say hi nothing . I kid you not she looked MISERABLE, she proceeded with the pedicure, barely scrubbed and in 10 minutes this lady was done . I did not even bother to ask her to scrub more because I just so over this place .  I went to this salon based on all the great things I've seen on social media  but please beware if you are not a regular and do not speak Spanish they will not take care of you . Now the ending part to pay for the services , this place was blasting music so loud they were unaware that my mother and I were waiting to pay, we left the cash on the counter and ran out as quickly as we could . I would actually give them 0 stars if possible. They have a very appealing look but Lack-of-Professionalism is the only way to describe it. I went in at 2:30pm there were only 4 people there before me and my friend and I didn't get out until 5:48pm. That was 3 FULL HOURS and some change! So, three hours just for a full set and pedicure. Why do I believe they lacked professionalism?First: let me say I waited to be sat down and once sat down, the young lady who was doing my full set of acrylic nails and gel color, would run off to do personal thing so often it literally took her 1hour 22minutes just to finish a full set of acrylic nails and gel color on a less than half inch size nail (I have had a full set and Gel color done on 1in long nails in about 40 minutes before elsewhere).  She was raffling so the girl would stop what she was doing just to do her raffle. All they did was talk alot, be way too social, and lacked work, curtesy, and were arrogant.  Second: I have fat boy looking nails and the only reason I go into a salon instead of just painting it myself its to get them to look as girly as I can. So I asked the girl to make them square but refined. She told me that that is as refined (width wise) as she can get them.... I have done my nails many times and have had them look damn good when the person puts in the efforts, but she said that any thinner it would be coffin. I clearly told her I want them squared to just file more, and she looked at her co-worker and laughed. At that point I just wanted to go. Never the less, my hands look good. NOT HOW I WANTED AT ALL, BUT ENOUGH TO SAY "THEY LOOK NICE". Third: When I did my toes with a lady named Magalis (or Maria or something like that) she did not scrub at all! Even when I told her to scrub she didn't... You think I want to go pay $30 to do my toes for them to look like exactly like they did when I first went in the salon! Not really! She didn't scrub my feet, they still felt rough, the paint on my toes looked faded and cheap because she painted them ugly and out of line, and they needed at least another coat of paint.  Needless to say I had to get them redone at Ricky's in the Bronx, and they look fabulous. (Smooth as butter)Lastly: Only two days later the stones began to fall off. A week in to having them the gel chipped of two of my nails. Conclusion: In my opinion (and I have been to many spas in my life, and to even more nail places), they Suck, are not too professional, they say spa but in reality no spa feel at all, and the price is not worth it at all! I would just have to keep going to Mona Lisa Nail Salon in Bronx and The Gel Bar in Manhattan excellent nail places...Would I go back?   Not really.     Would I recommend them? Not at all. Read Less
