Beware! One day following my first (and only) pedicure here I had infection in two of my toes at the cuticle. Painful swelling and pus that was not present before I went for the pedicure. This place did a terrible job, tried to upcharge me left and right. I just finished getting my nails done and they look a week old. The technician started to use gel polish instead of regular polish without asking and was planning on charging me extra. He was reluctant to fix obvious mistakes as well. If you pay with a card they charge you extra without mentioning it. I just got a regular french full set, not a complicated request but I ended up with a cheap looking job that cost $31 bucks. Use to go to this salon frequently since 2011. They've gone downhill a lot. I stopped getting my nails done here at the beginning of the year because I found a much more clean and friendly nail location but I still went to Princess Nails to get my eyebrows done. My most recent experience was terrible at Princess Nails. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the owner is usually crappy at doing eyebrows so I'm not even sure why I continued to go here. Anyway, I went to get my eyebrows done, she did one eye then started to wax the other eye, she literally got a huge glob of burning hot wax in the corner of my eye. It was super painful..meaning while the owner was just standing there looking dumbfounded as to what to do. I said "could i have a paper towel with water or something" and she handed me a dry q-tip, what is a q-tip going to do for me...it's going to stick to the hot wax is what it's going to do. It was so rediculous!! After all said and done she finished with the eyebrow and it was totally not even the same shape as the other one. $35 for a french pedicure.  It was okay.  The massage chair was nice but had a mind of its own.  I didn't really chat much with the fella doing my pedicure, but he seemed really focused.  He spent a lot of time making sure the white lines were even on both feet.  All in all it was a satisfactory job and I'd go back for a quick pedicure again (but not a pampering pedicure).  Apparently this is the go to place for lots of Troy High girls. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I had the owner do OPI Axxium Gel on my nails and she had no clue what she was doing!  She only put two coats of color on and it came off the next day!  I had a wedding to go to and was embarrassed at how my nails looked!  I ended up taking off the gel by just peeling it off and painting them before the wedding.  I would not go to place ever again!
