Very messy. Went to get pedicure and "Anna" seems to be very distracted. She's not focused on the job. She keeps stopping to talk to fellow employees. I ask for callous remover and it was done horribly. I had to point to different areas on my feet that still had hard skin.  She's not putting very much effort into it at all. I was told 5 mins. 10 mins later still no service. When I asked how much longer I was told "hunny, if you don't want....."(didn't hear rest).$40 for a pedicure seems over priced for the area. Not my idea of a relaxing pedicure. I do not recommend. Read Less

I've been coming to Jimmies for over 10 years. His prices are about average if you want a job well done. You also will NOT get a good pedicure anywhere else in town I guarantee that! I've tried many places just to see if I can save some money and no place compares. If you think him and his staff are rude I suggest a cultural and communications course to learn different communications style. English is not their first language so have some patience if you aren't good at understanding accents. But in the end your nails will look great so who cares! Read Less

Just had one of the best pedicure ever by Tina. Jimmy is a super friendly and takes so much pride in his service. He's always updating the product selection to keep current and fashion forward. Wasn't too thrilled with my experience. Walked into nail salon and was hit with very strong chemical scent. Had 2 separate nail technicians and both weren't personable, tried having conversations but to no avail. Also didn't like them using electric file when I was going for a basic mani & pedi. Felt rushed during both treatments and then left alone for 20 mins while nails dried. Barely received any acknowledgement when I was leaving except when I was paying and giving tips. I don't understand what's with all the bad review's. This place is not bad at all . The people who work there are actually really nice . My French Nails came out really good . Don't waste your time nor contribute money to the owner who will talk about you not only in another language to his co'es but even makes snide comments if you question the price or service. I've went to jimmy for ten years because I love the techs that work there...but after this long he still has a poor attitude and tries to over charge you any possible way. if your desperate its a good spot otherwise support another nail location in the area. I am surprised with all the bad reviews. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the service at Jimmy Nails. We each got a pedicure spa and the nail technicians took their time with each of us. The one nail technician must have spent an hour and a half on my boyfriend's pedicure spa. We've been to other places and have spent just as much on mediocre service. Is it possible to give ZERO stars? The first review is on the money! The facility is clean which would be the only reason to give it a star. Otherwise, the owner is rude and arrogant. After, admittedly, waiting too long in between manicures I was YELLED at by the owner. "I do such beautiful work and you do nothing but ruin it!" Clearly, he thinks that he pays ME to sit in his chair. I got up and walked out and wouldn't walk back in if I were given a lifetime of free manis and pedis. If I could give Jimmy's zero stars I would. I have been to Jimmy's now on 4 separate occasions giving them second, third and now fourth chances because a girlfriend of mine used to get her nails done there years ago and said he was great... I can't disagree more.  Jimmy is rude, as is his "number 2" another man who asks repeatedly if you wish to add a pedicure, or wax your eyebrows or your lip... When I say no, I mean no. Stop asking!!! Also, when you say no, they immediately start talking about you in a different language, and you can pick out a word every so often that identifies them as referring to you. It's rude and unprofessional.  If you question your charges, the nail techs will say random things they are charging you for, for example I was once charged $3 to remove my previous nail polish before a fill.  I got a fill one time, and had gel nail polish applied.  I was charged an extra $5 because it was the first time I was having gel applied.  Then when I returned the following week I was charged $7 to have the gel polish removed ON TOP of the $35 for the gel color!!! Wouldn't removal of the old gel be included in that price?? My mother got a pedicure.  Not only did they cut the skin under her nail while trimming her toe nails, they did not ask if she was ok, or say sorry.  They did however, put her foot back in the water filled with chemicals, and continued the pedicure.  Her toe ended up getting infected.I cannot complain enough about the service here, I will never return. I Have gone gone to Jimmy 's nails for almost 15 years. I love him and his staff. Yes, sometimes they are abrupt but I think it is cultural. I have never walked out of their disappointed. He has done my nails for every important event from my prom to my wedding. He treated me like a queen on my wedding day upgrading all my services without charging me. I moved to Florida 3 years ago and I cannot find a salon like Jimmy's. Every time I visit, I'm sure to stop in to get Pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows waxed (btw, Florida cannot wax eyebrows). It was horrible! Jimmy was nasty to me and my friend. We are both new to the area and were looking for a salon but after that service, no way I am EVER going back. I do not recommend this place to anyone! He didn't even get my nails right, which is a pretty simple task if its your job. My family enjoys going to Jimmy's on a regular basics. Jimmy is funny and friendly. yes...maybe he tells you like it is, but I rather that than "super sweet and crappy work". Jimmy has done (waxed) my eyebrows for years and I don't trust anyone else. My husband and I like to go and get a side by side pedicure and Jimmy's staff has always made us feel very comfortable. Occasionally I bring my 8 year old and he likes going to Jimmy's especially because of the TV in front of the dryers. Give it a try and judge by yourself. Read Less
