The ladies here are nice and the service is pretty good. Their massages are absolutely excellent. My only issue with this place is that you can tell they try to use as little nail polish as possible when you get a gel manicure. I paid 45.00 for a mani/pedi. I expected a 10 min foot massage and got a 60 sec one instead. 30 sec hand massage and even worse, no massage while drying. I only stopped in because I was at the Apple Farm and away from my usual place. Big mistake and waste of money Read Less

I'm surprised by the bad reviews I have been going here for about a year and like it. Very clean place staff is always nice. Only had an issue once had a gel manicure and 1 day later the polish literally came off in 1 nail. But they were very nice and fixed it free of charge. Usually come in for one of their spa pedicures. Words cannot explain how bad this place is. They tell you to make an appointment and do not honored it. (And this was the best part of my experience there. It gets worst) They used the same pedicure tools without sanitizing them. I had to request several times to have them sanitize the tools. Of course this simple request made by me was met with extreme aggression from the nail tech...... And It gets even worst. After being exhausted from their constant negligences, I just wanting them to finish my mani-pedi. Each nail technicians found it impossible to focus on their clients, including my nail tech person. My nail tech person kept jumping up to get a walk-in customer in a chair totally forgetting that she were doing my manicure.  I had 3 other nail techs who kept polishing my nails. After finally telling the owner if she could just have one person do my manicure. I ended up with a polish job that was very very sloppy. I ran out of that salon as fast as I could. I'm so glad I didn't write this review the first day I got my nails done. I went to Bellini's Saturday, June 11th for a silk extension set, for which I paid $75 plus tip. I loved my nails the day of, the salon was clean and Lisa (the nail tech) was lovely. However! It's now 5 days later and every single one of my nails is falling off, I work in Manhattan so I can't come in after work to show them, and I have a wedding to attend Saturday morning. So the only thing I can do is take them the rest of the way off. I've attempted to call, but received no answer and they don't have a voicemail. No matter how lovely they were. First let me start by saying if i could give no stars i would.This is not a review about how good or bad they do nails (because i didn't get that far -_-), this is about customer service. Me and my friend walked in at about 620 we asked for mani pedis (which shouldn't be too complicated to full fill) The lady im assuming who was the manager owner what have you yelled what do you want? As if she didn't hear what we said when we walked in. After i repeated myself she said ok choose a color. As me and my friend are looking through and picking colors (about 5 minutes later) she proceeds to tell us that they are extremely busy and for us to come back tomorrow. Now this is where my problem lies, one there was nobody in there, maybe two ppl one was getting a pedi the other a manicure of sorts. Two if you knew you were so "busy" you could have told me that before i decided to pick a color. Three! If you knew you were closing at 7 and didnt want to take anybody else stop me at the door then. Either way your a rude heffa but at least i didnt have to waste my time.I will not be returning there anytime soon, or at all for that matter. I stopped by today for a quick eyebrow wax -- I was overdue and wanting to get a wax, and this place is on my way home, so I figured I'd run in and get my brows done. For the record, I don't have, like, fancy high-maintenance eyebrows or anything; they're naturally what I would consider , I don't know, medium-sized for eyebrows, I guess? Usually when I get them waxed (and I've gone to a million different places, more or less), they look pretty similar to how they started, only cleaner and prettier because all the stray hairs are gone. That is not what happened here! She didn't wax above my eyebrows at all, so there are still strays above them, and she also trimmed my eyebrow hairs with scissors, which makes the strays more visible??? To top it off, they're shaped differently. One has a noticeably thicker and less pointy "tail" than the other. I didn't realize this until later -- my eyes always water when I get waxed, so my looking in the mirror after they finish is kind of a joke -- and I'm disinclined to go back and ask for them to be repaired, because at this point I don't think there's much to be done. I'll pluck the abandoned strays myself and fill these babies in until they match. But guard your eyebrows, ladies. Don't bring them here. Read Less

Never in my life have I been followed to my car to ask me why I didn't tip them. Obviously if I didn't like ur service I'm not going to tip. First off maybe the person didn't have enough cash or other reasoning. You should never ask why. I asked for my nails to be trimmed not chopped off completely and I asked for square not round. I was passing by the salon one of the women working there was closing up I decided to just ask a question about her services but she literally slammed the door in my face and locked it. I knocked on the door and she did the shoo go away gesture I was completely shocked because all I wanted to do was ask how much waxing was for future refernce. She was such a rude you know what. I have been going here for about 10 years. Its very close to my home and open 7 days a week. Staff always has been very friendly. The prices for services have certainly gotten much higher; but I always felt comfortable everything always very clean and equipment sterilized. I gave 3 stars because of pricing. Unfortunately the increase in prices has decreased how often I have manicures or pedicures. Overall, I've never been disappointed with any services I have received from this place! Read Less

Well, I liked going here for a while--the people were friendly enough and it's located around the block from my apartment--but then I went with a friend for a pedicure and a foot massage (which ended up being extremely expensive all together), until we remembered that you can only pay the tip in cash. Neither of us had any cash on us, and we didn't want to take money out of the ATM for a $3 fee (+ the extra $2 chase charges), so we left thinking "We'll give them a good one next time." Well..the woman chased us outside and in an extremely rude way said "Why didn't you pay a tip? Come back inside, my boss said you can put it on the credit card!" This was so unprofessional and I was extremely annoyed. Though my friend went back in to include a tip, I was struggling not to yell back (and suffice it to say, did not pay a tip and will not be going back). I'm sorry, but a tip is at my discretion. Bellini looks nice, there's ample parking, the people are nice, but that's about it.  The prices are pretty high, and everything costs extra.  Massage time costs extra on a pedicure.  I don't really have calluses, but to use even a pumice stone costs extra.  A "spa pedicure" costs extra.  I was in and out, even finished being polished, in just under thirty minutes.  For $25 for a pedicure, I expect the polishing to just be starting at a minimum of thirty minutes.  I also told the guy that he needed to cut my toenails because they grow into my toes (gross, right?  It just sounds bad; it's not.).  He didn't even cut my toenails!  Within a week, my feet were hurting from uncut nails.  Less than a week later, my nails were cracking and breaking, and my polish was chipping.  I would expect better.  It's too bad, because they had a decent polish selection, and it's about a 5-minute drive from where I live. I stopped going here earlier this year after feeling uncomfortable when 2 technicians fought over whose client I was. I decided to give it another try due to the convenience of its location. However, I brought my daughter and her friend whom were both disappointed in their manicures. My technician had a verbal fight with another employee while painting my nails because someone moved the UV light nail dryer. I felt very uncomfortable and definitely not relaxed. The nail salon seems clean and does a good job with your services, however I was VERY turned off when I tipped nearly 19% on a mani/pedi and the woman doing my nails asked me if I was going to give more after my waxing!
