The ladies are nice. Did a regular manicure and paid a little more for a longer massage in the pedicure. Job was ok. Manicure lasted 6 days because I usually applied coat every other day. Put 3 stars because i got cut once in one of my fingers.  They remove the skin/cuticle too much. If I go a next time I might make an appointment with the owner because most of the good reviews are referring to her. Read Less

Judy is super nice!!!!!she really is the best I. I come from Brooklyn every two weeks, just to get my nails done by her. No other nail salon, Can do the work the way the staff here does. This is my favorite nail salon. I used to live in Westbury but moved to queens two years ago. I still travel to get my nails done. The staff is sweet and I always love how my nails come out. They take their time and engage in light conversation as you wait. I definitely recommend them. Read Less

I came here about a week ago and got a pedi and gel. The place honestly looks pretty run down and looks like it hasn't had any maintenance in a while. It made me question whether or not their tools were cleaned properly. The girls there were super nice and friendly which is the only reason why I'm giving this 3 stars. My gel chipped a week later. They do a great men's manicure and pedicure!!  Reasonably priced and they take the time to do it so it lasts.  They do a great buff, my nails shine as if there was clear nail polish on them. Magazines available too. Read Less

Got my nails done last Tuesday. The first two nails broke while doing basic household chores the second day after I had them done. So long story short a week later 5 of my nails are broken and they look like crap. With my busy schedule I don't have time for this bull. It was a lazy crap job. I paid 45$ for the full set and tipped 10$ to the man who did my nails. IM SO MAD. I will be returning to demand my money back or they fix for free. Judy & Bobby of J&B Nails have been doing my nails for the last 6 years and no matter what changes go on in the salon or where I end up living, I know I will always come back to them.  Their customer service is bar none.  I remember the very first time I went in there for a mani/pedi- Judy introduced herself and asked me my name... I've been hooked ever since! I used to travel 3 hours from upstate NY to see Judy & Bobby every 3 weeks religiously! The main reason that I continue to bring my business here (besides the warm, friendly atmosphere) is the quality of the work. Bobby and Judy always give me the best manicures! My nails are beautifully shaped, everything is done to my taste and if I ever have a problem I know that I can come back and Judy & Bobby will try to make it better!Ladies- are you looking for an OPI Axxium or Shellac gel manicure (Judy&Bobby have tons of colors to choose from) that actually lasts a whole 2 weeks? Look no further! I am a RN, I wash my hands a million times a night- all of  my colleagues are constantly checking out my hands because my nails always look so fresh, even after taking a beating at work!
