The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the first time I came, I had a great experience. I showed up without an appointment and received a beautiful gel manicure by a woman named Jessica (Not referring to myself, I promise). Tonight I made an appointment with Jessica but when I showed up, I had the man (possibly owner) do my nails. Even though I had mentioned that the appointment was made with Jessica, he still proceeded. I shrugged it off because I didn't see her there but I was disappointed that they hadn't mentioned it when scheduling the appointment. Regardless, I figured he knew what he was doing but I was very wrong. First off he filed down my nails a great deal. I entered with rounded nails, wasn't asked what I'd prefer, and left with flat, short nails. Even though he squared them off, they're not even. I'd even look past that but considering how streaky they came out, my dog could to a better job painting nails. Don't waste your money. The shop is very small and located in a plaza that doesn't have their parking lot cemented yet. It's just dirt so don't wear good shoes if you plan to drive and park your car. I tried this nail salon out for the first time the day right after Thanksgiving. (So about 3 days ago). I showed the guy the design I wanted and I told him that if he couldn't do it, let me know and I'll get the regular gel manicure instead. The picture I showed him was of coffin style nails in light/sheer pink with rhinestones on the ring fingers. He assured me he could do it...So on top of the fact that he took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails (tips with this new powder called Nexgen Nails that's supposed to be healthier than acrylic and last 3 weeks), he cut my cuticles way too much on my index fingers causing them to bleed (see picture) and my thumb nail broke off today. He decided to put gel on my ring fingers to bond the rhinestones, which I've never seen in my life, then he put the gel on top of the rhinestones, which caused them to look like polkadots. It was too late to stop him by the time he covered the first set of rhinestones but I was so disappointed and shocked that he would do that. The rhinestones are supposed to be bonded and left alone so they can sparkle. The entire set cost me $53 and I will never return to this place again, not even to have them remove the disappointing nail set they just gave me. Read Less

Do not go here. Horrible experience. I was given a gift card, which they refused to except because they changed a policy after the gift card was purchased. The policy was hand written on a scrap of paper near cash register. The gift certificate had not expired and had been paid for. I do not usually go there, so how am I suppose to know the gift Certificate I received needed to be brought back in so It can be transferred to another card. Ridiculous. They are the new owners, but when you buy a business you assume all prior contracts as well. They tried to tell me I should have come in earlier. Come in earlier?! Why was there an expiration date on it then!? I'm sooooo sorry that I'm incredibly busy and could not get in there sooner. I was very upset and all he did was laugh at me. I was with my two year old daughter and did not know what to do. I paid and left so I wouldn't make more of scene. I cannot say more strongly enough that you should not go here. When my sister in law, who bought the gift certificate came to dispute it as well, he laughed in her face as well. She did manage to get the certificate back, but under threats of suing etc. I mean come on. Deplorable. Read Less

My favorite nail salon. After coming here once I've become completely loyal to only them. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but it is completely worth it and the owners always try to accommodate everyone. Mon-Wed. They have 17$ manicure + pedicures. I personally always get gel and a stellar job is always done. They also have a bonus card and once you have spent a certain amount of money they give you $20 to spend there. Your opinion is valued and the staff is full of great advice on colors and nail care. I've never felt so comfortable at a nail salon and if I could give higher than 5 stars I would!!! Read Less
