Worst experience ever. My nails look bad, my skin is all cut up from her grinding my finger and not the nails. This was for a special event, and now I'm embarrassed to even show people. When I called to book an appointment I specifically asked for someone who is good at designs, and I got someone who had never done what I asked for before.I will never be coming back.And for the price. worst gel nail experience ever. choose a gray color left with lilac color nails. asked repeatedly if that was the same color i choose-they said yes it will look better outside. they said they color swatches are old thats why it dosent match. dont waste your money go somewhere else. Read Less

They did my nails well but VERY disappointed because i had an appt. @ 4:30pm and they didn't get me in until 5 pm even though i was 5 minutes early!! I hate when this happens because if i'm on a time crunch they basically lose my business bc i have to leave if they don't get me in when i need to be. My point is, if i make an appt and you say okay, then make sure i can get my nails done at the set time, not 30 mins later. Read Less

Horrible horrible experience. I waited over 45 minutes before being greeted and given the gel color choices, then as soon as I was sat down, the gentleman asked me if I minded if he went and smoked a cigarette because he'd been working for three hours without a break... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He then offered to have me come smoke with him, even though I declined multiple times as I'm not a smoker. I left the facility before he came back from his smoke break. I just walked out of Maiden Nails...and I will be back. I had made an appointment with Vicki based on a referral. There can be a long wait sometimes... and the friendliness is hit or miss depending on which technician you get but it is still my favorite nail salon in Webster. Aside from waiting, I have never had a bad experience and my nails always come out nice. Read Less

My mother and I used to go to Maiden Nails every time we needed our nails or other salon services. We love how they do our nails and we have recomended people to go there on various occasions. However, the past three times we have tried to come to get our nails done, we have been told to wait a rediculous amount of time. We left all three times, not willing to wait longer than 30 minutes for a manicure. Today my mother went in to get her eyebrows done and they took others who had come in after her. Not only did they neglect her as a customer, but they barely acknowledged her and made little eye contact. Not a good experience. Read Less

This place has poor customer service! My nails came out decent and the place is clean, but it ends there. The LAST COUPLE TIMES I went here, the wait was excessively long (almost an hour) and the technicians never apologized for it. They were also pretty rough with my nails and rather unfriendly. Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a pedicure with a friend. The place was packed but they were able to fit the two of us in right away. We picked a color and were directed to wait in two pedicure chairs next to each other. Chairs were working correctly, staff was pleasant-enough, and overall a good pedicure. HORRIBLE. I went there and got my nails and toes done.. A fill for my nails and a gel top coat which should have been 30... and gel toes which also should have been 30... They charged me 80 after the owner said 70. I'm a frequent customer of theirs and I would NEVER go there again! Read Less

Came here for a gel manicure. To remove the old gel they use the Dremel file to take off the top layer, they say it won't reach down to the nail but I don't really agree with this technique. After that they soak and then use the metal cuticle pusher to scrape it off. The woman doing my manicure answered her cell phone while working on my nails. And worst of all the file that the woman was using already had nail dust on it before she started with me. I wouldn't go back. Read Less

I've tried many nail salons, but I always come back to Maiden in the end. The salon is not too big, but also not too crowded and has a very intimate, relaxing atmosphere. The owners are very nice people and will greet you when you walk in. Even on busy days, they will always make time for you. I have acrylic nails and typically get a gel coat over the top. Maiden Nails has an incredible selection of gel colors. They also file my nails into a very pretty almond shape that looks very natural... A feat many salons are unable to match! If you prefer the classic square shape, no worries! They do a lovely job with that too. I also love that mafter shaping, they file a little under the nail to clean up any extra acrylic and avoid that thick, chunky, artificial shape.I believe they do offer nail art designs, but Maiden stays fairly simple and doesn't offer large bows, crystals, or gems if you're looking for something really blinged out... But with such beauty in simplicity, what more could you possibly want? Read Less

I just dropped my daughter at MAIDEN NAILS IN HARD ROAD PLAZA to have a nail fill from a full set she had put on from THEM just 2 weeks ago. I left her there and went to run some errands. My daughter texted me while I was out saying that they were putting another FULL SET on her!... I said ""WHAT???"" I immediately dropped what I was doing, drove like a banchee over there....to find them polishing them. I asked why the full set? Their answer? Because she had lifting! Really?? Isn't that what a fill is for? They would NOT, I repeat NOT give us back the extra $15 dollars that they SCAMMED from my underaged daughter! It cost her another $30 tonight! Those that know me, I began screaming in there, that they took advantage of a 15 year old underaged girl and that before they did anything like that they should have requested she ask her parent! I turned to the owner and asked her if the $15 dollars was worth losing a customer and guess what she said? YES! She WOULD NOT GIVE IT BACK! I said that we have been in here for years, the owner said, I know you have....but still would not budge. I sure hope it was worth it for them. In this economy, to do this to a young girl is WRONG!!! I had my nails done at Maiden Nails in Webster for the first time today. It was very busy which led me to believe it was a good place, but I was very disappointed in my manicure. The gentleman who did my manicure thinned the nail polish to stretch it out. The first hand has bubbles on the surface, but on my second hand the polish was actually sliding off before I made it home. I won't be going back. Read Less
