I had a mani-pedi appointment on Friday 5-11-18 at 5:30. I wanted a french tip mani so they charged $7 extra. Pedicure polish was done nicely, not the best as far as the scrub & exfoliation, as my heels were still rough, but the polish looks nice and has lasted for the last week. The manicure was the worst I've ever had - it was super rushed and even though it looked nice when I left, it didn't even last 24 hours! All the technicians here are good. I have never had a bad experience. They accept walk-in clients, but it's best to call ahead as they are almost always busy, so expect a wait if you don't have an appointment. I arrived at 9:59 am (opens at 10) to find 4 manicure chairs and 3 pedicure stations already filled with clients. Last time I went in I was a little late for my appointment but they were very good about it. I sat down and she started doing my nails, it was pretty quite in the salon but also from the women doing my nails, it was a little awkward. My nails were done beautifully, they were realistically thin (just how I like them) and very strong! My nail technician was very rude to me when I stopped by a couple weeks ago. She huffed and puffed like I was inconveniencing her while she was doing my nails and at one point stopped what she was doing and threw her hands up because she was annoyed. She also filed too far into my nail and it burned. My acrylic set was not good. I really enjoyed my pedicure here. Most importantly the place appeared clean. The chairs were comfortable and the nail techs were very nice.  Pretty decent nail color selection. The tech did a fabulous job on my nails. No complaints. The polish stayed on for weeks till I took it off. Also my feet looked great too after. Read Less

Very nice and polite staff with great prices to match. Took my younger sister for her first pedicure and it was a great, relaxing experience.  The technicians were both very nice and attentive. I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and they have been doing a nice job but over the past few months it seems lately they just can't get their act together when it comes to booking appointments...and of course you can't get in to see my favorite technician without an appointment. After having my appointments not booked, booked with the wrong person, booked on the wrong days just about every third time and being asked to come back at a different time I am DONE!!! Seems the problem is they are staffing the phones with individuals that should never be given that responsibility. I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job on my nails! Lexi is the best technician, but Hannah, Sue, and Kim are great as well! I find it best to make an appointment so you don't have to worry about waiting. The service is phenomenal and I am always offered a drink (variety of sodas or water) before any service! I love this place and definitely recommend it! Just remember that even though they take credit cards for services, they only accept cash for tips, so bring cash to tip your technician! Read Less

Won't go to salon again. Toe nail polish chipped in 2 days. About 5 days after applied the nail polish was peeling up, within 2 weeks 3 toes half the polish was already gone. I could have done a polish job like this myself! Read Less

I always get great service when I come to Lovely Nails. I usually call ahead of time to make an appointment because they can get busy. All the girls and one guy are great at what they do. One time the polish on my nails chipped after a day.  I called, spoke to the manager and without hesitancy she immediately told me to come back in again and they fixed it with no problem issues.By the way, the OPI gel polish is amazing!  I've had them last 4 weeks.  I know I need them redone sooner but sometimes I just get too busy to come in.  Definitely worth the extra money. Very nice people in here. I came in after a terrible experience in another salon and the tech did a great job and was super careful with my thin nails. She was very sweet and even gave me the gel top coat for free. I've also come in to get just one nail fixed and they do it super quick. Lovely nails has become my "go to" nail salon. Not because they have the most frills. Simply because I've always received good service here. I have found the nail technicians to be very thorough. When I'm paying someone to paint my nails, a task I can easily accomplish on my own, I want them to do a good job. These technicians clean, shape, and paint my nails with the best of them.
