I used to have my nails done by Jesse for many years while he was in Webster. I go to Rachel now who is wonderful and always does an excellent job when I go in to get a full set. My nails always look beautiful after getting many compliments! The only negative is some experiences my family and I have had when trying to have scheduled pedicures done together (at the same time). We always call ahead with plenty of notice and make it clear that we want to get them done together, they tell us what time to come, and yet there are never enough nail techs to work on everyone. The first time this happened, my mother and I were taking my dad for his first ever pedicure. A lady was working on myself and my mom and no one ever came for my dad until ours were practically over. He had to just sit there for almost an hour while the water was getting cold and his feet were pruning. It would be nice if they weren't able to take a small group of three, that they would just let you know when you call instead of setting up the appointment and having this happen. Same thing the next time when it was just my mother and I. Someone did my pedicure and no one came over for my mom until mine was almost finished. So it was pointless to go together and to make a double appointment. We won't be making that mistake for a third time. Read Less

I really want to like this place as they seem to have a lot of talent and up to date on trends and styles. Like others have said, very busy and if you want to get in be sure and call ahead unless you want to wait...pretty well staffed around 7-8 ppl most of the time I've been there. Had a very frustrating experience last visit. After my 3rd appointment with same girl (I am a repeat custie and stay loyal to great work when I find it), I was told that anyone can do the style I requested (ombre) and that I shouldn't wait so long for a fill. Well, that doesn't scream I want or care about your business? And on top of that, I was cut not once but twice! My fingers are still throbbing an hour later....and I was charged full price 🤔 and for me it's not so much about the money but how it was handled. I didn't want to argue (and especially because others were waiting) so I paid what was owed and didn't tip (something I've NEVER done). Maybe a bad day or not paying attention but either way my fingers are so sore! Considering coming back but most likely will request someone else! Read Less

They do a fantastic job and the salon itself is beautiful. My only complaint is that you can NEVER get in without calling well ahead of time. Walk-ins are impossible, which is frustrating and inconvenient. I find myself going to other salons often because of it. Read Less

they are always wonderful , they are kind , caring, respectful , and they always do a good job. I go there to get my eyebrows and nails done there and have never been to such a great place that does a great job. from being there so much I now know most of the employees and they are wonderful. the nail salon is clean and nice. the employees are nice. also the final out come of your nails are wonderful. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. they are wonderful and people should really start to go there if you have never been there before. they honestly are the best nail salon that I have been to. I had a full set done here and was absolutely in love with the results ! I had a two toned ombré done and the nail tech that took care of me was careful and patient removing my old nails. She also asked me before we started what shade pink I wanted and helped me make an informed decision. She was incredibly nice and made sure that I was happy with her work by doing my pinky first and making sure that it was what I wanted before finishing the rest of my nails. A little more expensive than I am used to paying for a full set but totally worth it! I will definitely be back. Clean and professional, prices are clearly listed on the wall. I've been here several times and have never had an issue with service or quality. They do really nice pedicures and I don't remember her name ... but one girl that does eyebrows is AMAZING. I like that when I make am appointment, they actually are ready for me when I walk in. Decent prices too! And they always have movies playing. That's nice ! Read Less

I went in for a mani/pedi and an eyebrow wax.  Only took about an hour and forty-five minutes for everything - including someone else's lip wax that she chose to do in the middle of my pedicure.When I went in I told her I had been in my feet constantly all week and that they were dry and sore.  She spent about 2 minutes with the pumice stone on each but never scraped them (the next day they were back to looking dry and you couldn't even tell I had the pedi). I decided to do white with a transparent green over the top for my toes.  She put her own fingernail through the paint on my pedicure and I saw her put another translucent coat over to try to hide it.  When I asked her if she was going to leave the black line through the polish she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and then tried to put a coat of white over everything.  When she realized it wouldn't cover that way she took it all off and did it again.  She kept telling me they had more color choices and maybe I should pick something else and then recommended somewhere I could get a foot massage when I mentioned again that they were dry and sore.She also wasn't happy I decided to go with clear for my mani and asked me about 8 times if I was sure - even gave me a basket full of colored fake nails to look through.  My pedi was ruined within 5 minutes of leaving since it was still wet when I left.  I tried putting them under the dryer but she said I didn't need to do that they were fine.  I'd suggest going elsewhere. I gave it two stars because the biggest disappointment is that they are always late with appointments and they are rude. I love the work they do but I'm not impressed at how they treat us and how they are never on time I have never been to an appointment they I have gotten into on time and I have waited over an hour for an appointment before. I just left here after getting pedicures with my daughter. They were extremely nice, the space is clean and comfortable and the price was right. Pedicures are going to basically be the same where ever you go, but I truly appreciated the service, which garners the 5 stars. The girl who worked on my daughters feet was very pleasant and did a great job. The man who did my feet was great. He even started putting on a shade of polish I had not picked, but was quick to redo my toes the way I wanted without any fuss made. $30 for me and $15 for the kiddo, who's 7. Can't beat that!  I would definitely recommend here, at least for the pedi. As for the manicures, the tables were busy so I'm assuming they do a great job! There are many types of nail designs colors and sparkles to close from! The staff is great makes you want to come back with free water and snacks. My favorite is that its a one stop shop!!! They do eyelash extensions and waxing! Clean fun convenient im hooked!! Read Less
