All of the staff here are amazing I have been going to them every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done for the past at least year maybe 2. They had to redo my toes multiple times because they couldn’t figure out how to properly do a French tip and it still came out crooked. My nails started breaking apart (not coming off but BREAKING) after only a week. They were very nice staff but I will definitely not be coming back. Read Less

I decided to go here because the place I usually go to was too busy. I went in asking for chromatic gel nails. I had a picture and they said they could do it but when I went to sit down the gentleman said that they don't do that kind of color there. But then another person insisted they could and that I stay. I was moved to a different chair with a different person. It took a very long time and he kept having to read the box for instructions. Overall I didn't mind because it looked great when he was done! I gave a nice tip and thanked them. But that night the color on my nails literally rubbed right off. It was a total rip off and I didn't really feel like going back to get them redone because although they are nice and talkative and they tried to give me what I was asking for, the desks and tools were dirty. They don't understand a word you are trying to tell them, they do everything their own way without asking the customer first, I told them to leave my toe nails the length that I had them and the guy filled them super short and round when I said I wanted them square. Well a new girl is working their she doesn't look more than 12 she pointed to people a lady asked for a different color gold and she said well it's all the way over their like whining voice the lady was so upset she was being told to do things by her boss and she made the choice not to listen I was so uncomfortable my full set took less than 15 minutes people were sitting at the pedicure for so long that they had to get a water change because their water was so cold not going again Read Less

Good prices, but the girl I had doing my pedicure wasn't very friendly and had a major attitude towards her coworkers which made things very awkward. She was very rough with handling my feet and made most of my toes bleed. I'm honestly not too sure if she knew what she was doing. I came here with a friend but I didn't get any services. The sweet old woman was very kind and did an amazing job for my friend. She gets a 5/5. The younger Asian woman (who I assume is the owner) was speaking so rudely and condescending towards toward the old lady. Me and my mother in-law and sister in-law and some family friends where out for a girls day. That was horribly ruined. They where trying to rip us off. They didn't explain the  prices so when it came out to paying , the bill was 200 dollars just for me my mother an law and sister in law. All i wanted was a fill and the manicurist repeated said that my nails are horrible and they are lifting. But they werent that bad lifting.  He ripped of the old acrylic off and  i jumped in pain!!! Then later tried  to charge us for a fullset. Also they failed to tell my mother an law that gel is 20 dollars on top of a 20 pedicure. And a extra 5. So i changed my mind and just got regular polish and the paint job was horrible. Also we where confronted by a new girl white girl that worked at this salon who told my sister in law that "she needs to walk away before i get disrespectful"  We left unhappy and will never go there again. I'll start with - I have long nails. They are my nails with an acrylic overlay. I have been getting my nails done for almost 15 years.- I was told my nails are too long. I need to cut them. I need a new "set". I said I don't ever get new sets I have always had someone taking great care of them. If I don't get a new set water will get in them and fungus will grow and they won't be able to service me.... I almost walked out with wet acrylic. I told them if they were worried about my nails, that have no signs of fungus, then I could pay for what they had done and go elsewhere. "Oh no, there's no fungus." I KNOW. This was the "boss". I get my nails done by Andy. Only Andy. Ive had to have them done by another tech and wasn't happy at all. Andy is AMAZING. He doesnt try to get you in and out, he actually takes time to make sure theyre perfect. My nails always look fantastic and the beds are never sore. He is very friendly and accommodating. Went for the first time after reviving a gift card for Christmas. Staff was very professional and very personal with every guest. There were numerous individuals that they knew by name, so I could see that they really get to know their customers. Price was very reasionable too! Will be going back for any services in the future. Get ready for a long one.... I came here to get a fill in since the place i went to had to long of a wait. They got me in fast and they were very nice. They understood I had to get my daughter from daycare. Well I got a gel nail polish, it was a natural due to me not being able to have color. He was pretty fast and made my nails look decent is what I thought at the time. I had to leave so I just looked and the color looked nice. Well after I picked up my daughter and got home my nails looked like total crap. The polish looked like it had craters in it and it was separating where is wasn't on the nail on some parts. I went back in to have it fixed and the guy that did my nails was a total ass. He told me it was my fault that he made my nails look good, and the other people made my nails look bad, but I didn't have them fix it, "they made your nail ugly, and I make them pretty." He proceeded to tell me that they have the right to not get me in again, and next time I will have to pay to get them fixed since it wasn't their fault. He was very rude told me they've been in business for 10 years and I was pretty much the worst customer. But if I'm going to pay 35 for an acrylic full in with gel polish then I want them done right. He told me it was because they put 3 layers of gel on so it's suppose to do that. Last time I checked nails are suppose to be smooth, not look like craters in the moon. Then the tops of my nails weren't even straight. They have completely lost my service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Then he had the balls to apologize to me for being mean. He shouldn't of even been mean! My nails were jacked. I refused color the second time and just wanted a clear coat. They still aren't perfect. I had to fix the tops of my nails because it looked like a roller coaster! Please do not get your nails done here. Or at least by philly. I will now continue going to perfection nail by price chopper, the wait may be longer, but it's cheaper and totally worth the wait. I'm giving this place 1 star only because they took me in right away.  I paid 80$ for a gel mani/pedi.  The service was rushed and for the amount of money I paid, the work was very poor.  I was constantly asked to up my services.  I'm from NYC and I can get an awesome mani/pedi for 25$.  It kills me to pay these prices and not get what you are paying for. My friend and I both went to get pedicures. One of the girls started on my friend after me and finished before. She only did one coat of paint so it was light. My friend expressed that she was not satisfied with the rushed job. Her nails we not even and looked like something you could do at home. The lady seemed annoyed and acted like she did not want to fix them. My friend asked politely if the guy who did my feet could fix hers. The guy did so but seemed irritated as well as the woman. My friend asked after he was done painting if he could help her out her shoes on as to not mess up the paint and he replied "you can do it yourself" and kicked then towards her. I got a manicure as well with no polish just a clear coat. The lady was going fast and half way through I almost wanted to say "no it's ok don't finish." But I didn't. My nails are also uneven and they still have dirt under them! When we went to pay he was not apologetic to my friend at all and no discount was offered even after our 1.5 hour trip waiting for them to fix the mistakes. He asked if it was my first time and offered me a punch card etc but was very rude to my friend because she voiced she would not be coming back. Well I won't be back either. Horrible. I made an appointment a day in advance to come here to get a full set of nails. I got there right on time and waited 20 minutes just to get a seat. Then another 20 once I got one. I picked my color and was then told there was no time for a full set and she was going to do French tips for the same price. At that point I just wanted to be done with it, so I figured why not, it won't hurt. Actually? It hurt. It hurt a whole lot. For several days after the fact, actually. I've been getting fake nails for years, at several different locations. Never in my life have I been so rushed and ignored. She blazed through my nails in 15 minutes. She rushed so much that she forgot to even clip two of my nails, drew blood filing one of them, and glued so many of them to my actual skin that for days afterwards they throbbed and hurt like nothing I've experienced with fake nails before. Within two days they were already chipping and had air underneath. I can't believe that I actually paid money for this "service". So disappointed and do not recommend whatsoever. Read Less

Please please don't waste money here and go somewhere else. First I asked for a gel set and she proceeds to do a more expensive "pink and white set." She then tries to talk me into doing it over my regular nails instead of the extensions. My nails were all different lengths so I declined. She complained while putting the extensions on that my fingers weren't the same size....well no kidding.  She took a chunk out of my finger and made me bleed pretty badly. She also filed the nails too much so I have pink showing through the white, they are all lumpy and there's a lot of extra acrylic underneath and on my cuticles and finger. My fingers were very sore the next day. Now 4 days later they are starting to lift from my nails. Not worth the $60. Read Less

I have not been for about 10 months, but I use to go quite often. After today I will be going elsewhere. I like the new decor and new pedicure chairs, however 2 of the 3 women working today had no personality. I wanted a mani and pedi with clear polish, my daughter wanted just a pedicure. She chose green polish. While the actual manicure and pedicures were fine I left without any polish on either my hands or toes. Seems like she never heard my request and acted surprised when my daughter said to me "didn't you want a clear coat?" I said never mind after all I had stated it twice at the begining. Read Less

In my search for a nails salon here in Watertown, I stumbled into these place needing a pedicure! People were nice the facility was clean. The up selling was a tad annoying but not too pushy. I love this place.  It is clean, the ladies in the salon are very polite, and they are patient when I have taken my teenage daughter and her friends.  They've never cut me when doing my nails, they are not too rough, and they give my hands and feet a massage every time.  I get my eyebrows done here as well.  For a spa pedi, full set, and an eyebrow, I pay $80, which is $30 cheaper than a place I've gone by Ft Drum in Evans Mills.  The only drawback is that they try to upsell, which is annoying, but they do not push like crazy, which I appreciate.
