My granddaughter and I recently made manicure and pedicure appointments at Perfection Nails and Organic Spa. We arrived on time and were seated at pedicure chairs. After 45 minutes of being ignored by all of the technicians we decided to leave. As soon as we moved toward the door, technicians rushed over to discourage us saying it would only be a few more minutes. When I objected, two nail technicians appeared miraculously and started doing our nails.... such a disappointing and unfortunate experience for my granddaughter and me.

We came here for the first time and we're not pleased. We had an appointment for 6:30pm and didn't get service until 7:12! A nail tech told us 10 minutes, but that was at 6:46pm. Many workers were in the lobby eating food while we were wainting! At 7:10 we got up to leave. There was a lady that said 2 more minutes, but we still were walking out. Two available workers came out of the lobby and gave us water. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting. After that, the lady said I didn't need a manicure and just painted my nails. She said sternly not to move my hands. The pedicure was good, but not great. I accidentally bumped into my phone and smeared my polish slightly. I told the women and she exclaimed "I told you so!" She fixed it, but ignored the smear she made on my other nail. After I dried, I went back to my chair to paint over the smear myself and many workers starter yelling at me not to do that. I will never go back here! There is plenty better nail salons near by.

I went in for 1hr massage late as I'm assuming it was rushed. I paid for an hour full body but they spent like 50 minutes on my shoulders and not very much elsewhere. "Step 1 was sauna and a skin cleaning... didn't happen. Step 3 was another clean didn't happen. I will probably try to go back because maybe it was just a bad day.

Went there today with two friends, they were decently busy, but we waited for over an hour for our pedicures. No one said anything about the wait, just go ahead and sit in the chairs and they'll be with us soon. Weren't asked if we needed anything to drink or even how we were doing. Finally asked how long they think it would be, a lady said 5-10minutes, a guy mentioned if we wanted something while we wait but turned around before we answered. Twenty minutes later we walked out and barely got a sorry.

I had a series of horrible experiences here. About 2 months ago, I got a gel manicure. It all peeled off two days later. They fixed it for free, which was nice, but it still only lasted a week after that. About a week ago, I made an appointment for a pedicure. I waited for 45 minutes, while I watched the technicians ignore numerous other clients. There were 2 women sitting across from me that were left sitting with scrub on their legs for 20 minutes while the technician went and helped a woman who walked in (clearly a favorite of the nail technician). Once I was finally attended to, she rushed through my spa pedicure. I will not be returning.

When I came in there was a lot of people and they sat me down quickly. They were all very sweet to me. I had a great time talking to my nail tech, he listened to everything I wanted done and they turned out absolutely beautiful!!! I can be an happier with the way my nails turned out!! This was my first experience at this nail spa and also my first time trying SNS. First of all, the pricing is incredible. Typical SNS manicures with tips can range from $40-$60. I paid $32 for mine today. Nick was fabulous-he really took his time to ensure that my nails were exactly how I envisioned them, despite them being slammed today. I will definitely be back!

I recommend Polished to people alll the time. I have gotten so many compliments on my SNS nails by Andrew and my pedicures by Hannah because they always do a perfect beautiful job.

I have only ever had a GREAT experience here and have been coming well over a year. I left a salon I had been at for a long time because I felt like I was in a factory. Polished has a great environment, incredibly friendly staff and always listens to what I want. If I can't make up my mind they offer great suggestions and now know me well enough to suggest cool, new ideas for me to do with my nails. I have had pedicures, manicures and monthly SNS changes by multiple people for over a year and have only ever been satisfied and treated with the upmost respect by every one there. I would definitely recommend this salon for someone looking for a clean nail salon with a relaxing enviornment.

Very rude. After waiting 45 min I finally got brought back to get a polish change and cut down I was told I have to wait another 25 min. What because I'm not spending 100 dollars I get town last as they took people who came in after me first. All because I didn't want a pedicure. Money hungry no tip and will not come back

My granddaughter and I recently made manicure and pedicure appointments at Perfection Nails and Organic Spa. We arrived on time and were seated at pedicure chairs. They fixed it for free, which was nice, but it still only lasted a week after that. About a week ago, I made an appointment for a pedicure. I waited for 45 minutes, while I watched the technicians ignore numerous other clients. This was my first experience at this nail spa and also my first time trying SNS. First of all, the pricing is incredible. Typical SNS manicures with tips can range from $40-$60. I paid $32 for mine today. Nick was fabulous-he really took his time to ensure that my nails were exactly how I envisioned them, despite them being slammed today. I will definitely be back!

I have only ever had a GREAT experience here and have been coming well over a year. I left a salon I had been at for a long time because I felt like I was in a factory. Polished has a great environment, incredibly friendly staff and always listens to what I want. If I can't make up my mind they offer great suggestions and now know me well enough to suggest cool, new ideas for me to do with my nails. I have had pedicures, manicures and monthly SNS changes by multiple people for over a year and have only ever been satisfied and treated with the upmost respect by every one there. I would definitely recommend this salon for someone looking for a clean nail salon with a relaxing enviornment.
