The service was very poor , the man doing my nails , was very aggressive with my hands & burnt me a few times , after the fact that I told him my nail was lumpy & could he fix it , & not to mention his hands were super shaky , I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone ! Read Less

Vivian and team were very accommodating to our large bridal party. We made an appointment about a week in advance but had some changes last minute and they were able to accommodate without making anyone wait. I received a gift card to friendly nail shop for my birthday from a dear friend. This place is around the block from were I live. The lady was rude up front when she found out I had a gift card she turned her nose up at me. I got a pedicure while I was there after the lady completed it I got up to go sit under the feet dryer station where you let your nail or foot polish dry! She said no you don't need that your feet are dry you don't need to do that ? I never ever left a nail salon without letting my feet dry or my nails dry without going under the dryer! I was going there from a reference from my daughter. They let a new tech remove my gel nail polish which he didn't allow the polish remover to sit long enough nor did he saturate it enough. Them he started using a small scissor like tool to cut it off, cutting my nail bed and causing damage to my bed. Went home unhappy on a Friday only to watch the gel nail he applied to start chipping off. Went back to show the owner and all she could say was if u sit and wait I can fix the chips. I mean really she needs to over see the new techs. My nails were ruined, my bed was damaged, they started breaking after having grown naturally.Read Less

They make you feel welcomed, they're very friendly, and they don't pressure you to any other services like some places do. Plus they offer complimentary drinks. I went there yesterday hoping to get in, get out, save a buck, and find a new salon in the process. Holy hell! There were 3 techs there, and when I arrived at 3p, there were 4 customers, 3 in chairs. Man, are they slow!!!  By 430p, I was still sitting there waiting!!!! I also watched a young lady come in complaining she had been there the previous day, her polish felt like sand, her cuticles had been cut up, and they cut them uneven and on her fingers. She said she had paid $60 and she thought it should have been better. The guy told her to "come back sometime next week and I'll see what I can do". �� She walked out in tears.  I thought about trying again this morning, but screw that!
