What is better than an hour of professional, personal attention ?  Going here is a sublime experience.  Walking down a few stairs close to the street to the lowest level of a charming older home, you will find that the staff is seriously interested in providing good service.  It's located steps away from the vibrant downtown of the Village of Warwick, too.  Sunday mornings you will find one of the best small Farmers Markets I know,  with lots of good people and organic foods. Love the foot spa! Everyone is always so nice and it's he most relaxing thing ever! I look forward to it once a month I treat myself! The girls are so knowledgeable and accommodating .. nothing else like it in the Hudson valley! And the tea is awesome!! This is probably the most relaxing experience I've ever had at a spa. The best part is that you're fully clothed the entire time, unlike most spa's where you have to disrobe. The spa is very small but packs a great experience. My only suggestions would be the reception/front desk person who makes the reservation & who greets you could be a little more accommodating & professional. Perhaps offer tea or water upon arrival or after the treatment which neither was done - I mean ...it is a Tea Bar right? The racket that goes on upstairs can be a little disruptive but there's nothing you can do about that. The ambiance is wonderful, the plush recliners are so comfy & the therapy itself is pure bliss. Could use some aromatherapy in the room that you don't have to pay extra for to add to the experience & the relaxing music could be a little louder to buffer the noise from upstairs. They also have a website that offers an email address as a contact of which I sent an inquiry on before my appointment & never heard back from them. My mom and I went today for 50 minute reflexology. Everything was plush, decadent and so relaxing. A lovely Bombay mint tea upon arrival, chatting with the owner. Then ushered to a cozy room into the most comfortable recliners I've ever sat in. Like laying in a cloud. They started with a warm foot soak while rubbing neck and shoulders. Then massage / reflexology from knees down, soft music playing in the background. It was not rushed and we both totally relaxed and felt refreshed. My mom said it's the best thing she has done in a long time! Read Less

Absolutely loved this place! I had a 50 min reflexology and really enjoyed it. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I would 100% go back. My only recommendation would be that they serve tea during the treatment, instead of after. Read Less
