I cannot say enough about the customer service Wendy’s has!!! I am a regular client with acrylic nails and reg pedicures but one time I was unhappy with my nails. I never have complained but was so let down. I called and Wendy had me come in the next day. Jay worked miracles and my nails look fierce once again! Terrible absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. First it was crowded, no problem that means they are pretty good. No one approached the front when I was standing there. Finally I tell them what I wanted full set and pedicure. I choose my color and sit down. They woman who does my nails is very aggressive, you could tell she was rushing, and very pushy with the gel sales. I asked if we could change the color , she huffed so loud and yelled something to the other workers, I said nvm. After a while I just got tired of being in there. No one asked about the pedicure no one checked on my nails drying. I got up to pay and waited until she got ready to come over, snatched my card from me and as I was signing she was watching as if to expect a tip. I have been going to Wendy for several years - even before she opened her own salon. She is, without a doubt, one of the best in the business! I feel qualified to make this statement since I've been having my nails done professionally for over 25 years. Her nail salon is the cleanest I've ever seen - using fresh instruments sealed in a package for each client; using disposable liners for pedicures, etc. Her staff members are professional, courteous, & helpful! Went for my first time today . Wasn't thrilled. The pedicure was very quick and the guy didn't said a word to me but he did a nice job. My full set... My nails looks like chiclets lol also got my eyebrows done and she missed a bunch of hairs. And to end it off the lady didnt even say bye or have a nice day when we left but she managed to ask for her tip. don't think I will go here again. Read Less

I have been to many nail salons and NEVER had a great experience with anyone of them because my gel manicure NEVER lasted that long..This was my 1st time coming here today....this place was recommended by my coworker and I am glad I did. Made an appointment quick as I walked in I was greeted by the nicest lady she said pick your color and we will be with you soon, not even 5 minutes I waited a guy by the name of CJ walked up to me and asked me follow him...I did and sat in ...a chair he asked me what gel color I wanted I changed my mind 2x and not once did he have an attitude with me..he did my nails so efficiently and with professionalism. As he was finishing I asked him if I can get a gel pedicure (which I NEVER had one before in my life) and glad I did , it was a bit pricey but so worth it.
