I came here for the first time today, in search of a new nail salon and I will absolutely be returning.The salon is well kept, and has a huge variety of colors with these fake nails on them so you can see how it would look on your nail - I have never seen this before and it's a brilliant idea.I got the paraffin spa pedicure and it was delightful. They used this machine for callus removal and did not need to apply the harsh chemicals that I am use to for callus removal. The machine was gentle and effective. The paraffin dip was so relaxing and they put my feet in little booties to keep in the heat and maximize effectiveness. I also loved the little flower toe separators they used instead of the more commonly seen foam blocks.For my gel manicure, they put your hands in these fingerless gloves - I guess to protect from the UV of the light which was also something I've never seen.I'm so pleased with the prices and services and will def make this my new go-to for nails. I LOVE that on EVERY bottle of polish there is a nail painted with the color, so you can put it on and see how the color looks against your skin. Pleasant experience!  It's nice to be serviced by someone who speaks English.  My pedicure and quick massage were both well done.  The only problem I have with this place is that it's too small.  The woman who appeared to be the owner was very respectful and seemed intent on running a tight ship.  I'll be back. Very friendly & professional staff. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a "hello". I came for a basic pedicure and was directed to the back of the salon where I was met with even more friendly staff. The chairs were very comfortable and the massage setting was just right. I went here for the first time yesterday and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive, yet professionally done mani/pedi. I got the basic pedicure and they do it in the back in a private pedicure area. The chairs are really comfortable, I reclined it back and felt extremely relaxed. I also got the basic manicure and for what I paid, I'm happy with it. My total was $25.00 for both. I had Francis as my professional, and she did a great job. I just got a pedicure done from this place. It was the 39 dollar one. I have been here before a few times  and didn't have the best pedicure one time and was reluctant to come back. I had a pedicure and  the girl doing my toes cut my skin quite a few times!! My toes  actually hurt for few days after and were all bruised!! I know that it was just that one person, who by the way, I just found out is no longer working there! Anyway today I seen Jessica and let me tell you... she did such a wonderful job! I first tried this nail salon last year based on Yelp reviews. The first time I was there I was satisfied with the services. I had a regular manicure and pedicure. I had a lovely young lady who actually spoke fluent English which in this field is hard to find. I was impressed because they served tea along with chocolate covered strawberries which they no longer do. I returned shortly thereafter and she was no longer there. I had a manicure, wax & upgraded pedicure.  The bottom of my feet were actually rougher when I left there then  when I initially had the pedicure performed. I went back and complained to the owner. she was nice enough 2 go over the pedicure until I was satisfied explaining that the more money you spend does not matter, its the length of time pedicure is scheduled for. I was not satisfied with the manicure  I received after that visit. New Year's Eve afternoon I returned to the salon only because I was pressed for time and logistically it was more convenient. I am posting pictures of the manicure I had it done Saturday 12/31 at 1:30 p.m. and by Sunday afternoon without doing any house cleaning the OPI polish was chipping off. this is a picture of how they look today 3 days after the fact. I tried calling yesterday and they obviously were closed for the holiday. I decided not to bother calling them to hear more excuses about why one must have a gel manicure for it to last.  I'm not returning to the salon. Francis was the woman that did my manicure. Used to love going here! Francis was a sweet heart. I even took my daughter and her friends there for a little mani pedi spa day! Was great until the owner told me I couldn't use my credit card to pay anymore. I always gave a good cash tip too so not sure what happened. I was actually looking for a new nail salon and came by Royalty nails with these great reviews. Bad service, low on staff during busy days, and Elena the owner always tries to offer yo all these servives for NO apparent reason just to try to get sales. She used SNS on me didnt tell me the cost came out to $65 and came off in 2 days. If you come in without an appt they almost dont want to take you and make you wait very long until MAYBE you might change your mind. This place is a joke. Read Less

Only giving one star because I have to...otherwise it would have been zero. Would not recommend this place.Called around 1pm on a Sunday to make an appointment for 2pm. Girl answering phone sounded a bit unsure but said OK. I hurried with my plans and made sure to get there by 2pm. Checked in and girl said I would be taken in just a moment. Meanwhile, two women walked in together. They said they had no appointment. They were informed that it would be best to have an appointment because they are busy. The women said they had no idea but would wait. A manicurist became available, came out, and grabbed the two girls. She told me it would be "just a minute." I wait. And wait. It's now 2:26pm. I ask the receptionist how much longer. She said, "Not much." I said, "I had an appointment at 2pm, they had no appointment and were taken." She said, "I know. I'm sorry. She just grabbed them. It will just be 10 more minutes."So I wait. In 10 minutes, a manicurist came over. She took a look at my nails and asked me, "Are these yours?" Ummm what? I said, "Well, these are my acrylic nails, yes. What do you mean? Like, it's white and pink powder..." Then she goes, "Are these your real nails?" Ummm what? "Well, no. My real nails are underneath..." She goes, "OK." So then I ask, "Hey, how long is this going to take?" She replies, "An hour and a half." What?!?! For a FILL?! Okay this place is insane. I said, "No thanks, I have to be somewhere at 4pm, which is why I CALLED and made an appointment!" Needless to say, I stormed out. Do not come here. We came here from out of town. This place has great reviews. They were able to take us with little notice on a Saturday. They were busy but not overbooked as so many places do.The pedicures were amazing. We got a little extra for "our wait". We were only waiting less than ten minutes which we thought was very reasonable. I also had my eyebrows done. Usually a quick procedure. But the owner herself worked on me and really acually sculpted them. She made me feel so pretty! I know it's silly, it is just eyebrows, but I've been complimented on them all day.
