Came in last Friday, (1 week ago) and got a Gel Manicure. The lady who did my nails, did not even try to clean up the edges with the excess gel polish or top coat. Then she proceeded to cut off all the nail polish/ gel from around my nail, leaving my nails looking awful. Not to mention that in less than 7 days 7 of my nails have had the polish peel and lift up around the edges. I will not go back. Waste of money. Read Less

Overpriced! Even when I challenged the price I was told it's competitive because of the quality of work and included a massage. I explained that I expected a massage and not simply rubbing the lotion in excessively. Guess what? The massage was nothing more than rubbing in the lotion. So what was the elevated charge for? My fingers hurt where the technician cut into my quick to make my nails rounded. I agree with other reviews that the use of their native tongue is conducted in a rude manner. Both my technician and the girl who greeted me spoke English well but rudely argued in front of me in their native tongue. I was only there because my salon is closed on Sunday. I won't be back. Love this place !!! I go here to Relax while Kelly works wonders I could easily fall asleep while she's giving me Full spa pedicure, I also get my nails done and I love the way she does my nails . the atmosphere is very nice Lee the owner has a beautiful Shop very up-to-date and all the staff are very friendly. My daughter was home for the holidays so I thought I would take her to CT nails, I had told her how I enjoy the service at this establishment needless to say I was very disappointed, first of all the employees continued to speak their language, I mean that's ok but acknowledge me at some point damn, after we told the young lady we would like a pedicure and a full set of nails she continued to argue with someone as to who was going to service us. I think my 💵Is as good as the ...others. I usually make an appointment with a Kim whatever that meant because I still had to wait. (The almighty 💵 trumped an appointment). After finishing our pedicures we were then rushed to the seat for our fill-ins and full set of nails. I must say out of all the years of getting my nails done I have never had such a terrible experience as I had at CT Nails. Normally it's ok but today was horrible. The guy was on the phone the whole time, was digging in his wallet on multiple occasions with his gloves on and then would go back to touching my feet. He never spoke to me, no hello, no thank you or goodbye, heck he never even asked what kind of pedicure I wanted! I wanted a deluxe but since he never asked I received the very basic. I am due tomorrow with my baby and just wanted a nice few minutes with a friend before having the baby.... When I complained to the manager all I got was an I'm sorry and that the man was on the phone with the insurance company because he just had a baby! Well I don't give a crap, he can do that on his own time! They should have offered a discount or something, but who am I kidding?
