Came here about an hour before closing time with my sister to get our nails done. I got an SNS set while my sister got an acrylic set with regular nail polish. After we payed, they called me a bitch as I was walking out. They were super overpriced and the lady who rang me up gave herself a tip just for ringing me up. Their actual work is spotty, sometimes my nails turn out perfect other times the gel won’t last more than 4 days without chipping. Last time I went there my manicurist broke all of my nails in half and didn’t tell me, later that day I couldn’t figure out why my nails were catching on everything and then I saw all my nails were split after paying to get a gel manicure! I Went in for an Acrylic set and the shape was horrid not anything that I asked for, but completely shorter than I desired. But I hoped that after that things would change, NO! I then asked how much a coffin shape would cost and the lady replied $10!? Never in my life have I heard that the shape of a nail will cost more than a single digit. so of course I didn't get it because the shape was already short than I wanted and I would have looked like a fool. Continuing on with th...e experience .. thus came the nail polish color. I had The colors with me and everything.. everything went perfect no complaints there BUT of course, too good to be true. I asked her to apply a single line on both of my ring fingers for a touch of design. she then told me that it would cost five dollars a finger. So now after having my short nails and being told that shape would cost $10 now I'm being told that to put two single glittery lines on two fingers would cost five dollars, you can imagine what type of fury the customer was feeling. Let me just inform you all that throughout this experience, I was asking for what I wanted as a customer and her being an employee was ARGUING with ME the paying customer. Took my 13 year old daughter for a powder/gel mani , she had such a great experience and she is looking forward to do it again , she felt that the nail technician (Eliza) "such a pretty name" was really sweet and didn't made her feel like she was a inconvenience for her + Eliza took her time and did a really great job. My first experience was great but didn't stay that way got an infection on my feet over a period of time since Christmas I started monthly mani pedi here and my nails are peeling from gel manicure and rash from the pedicures and the doctor said I am not the first from the same place. Now I will never use this place again. Ps the reward program is a crock paid same every time even with free stuff on 5 or 10 off I would say how is that they would explain if away as if they did . It's hard to find a nail place that is topnotch clean. Happy Color Nail cares just as much as I do about keeping my nails clean, healthy and fungus free. The place is very clean and relaxing.  I always make an appointment so I can get the same manicurist, Lisa.  She knows how I like my nails and does a great job every time.  They also accept walk-ins but if you have someone you really like you should always try to make an appointment with them, especially on the weekends when they are very crowded. I don't usually write reviews, but this time I had too!  I just moved here so I looked on Yelp saw the reviews and thought I'd have no problem.  But I was very wrong!I've been getting my nails done for years in my old city so when I asked for gel French nails I thought she understood what I meant.  She asked what length I'd like and I said a medium.  Instead my nails are so short that you can see the actually see the skin underneath, all the nails are different sizes and they look like they were done 2 weeks ago cause she did them so far from the cuticle that there is a visible line.  Let's not mention that one of my nails are Yellow!!  Yellow! Seriously!  All That and she still charged me $50!!!!! No way am I going there ever again, now gonna go find someone who can fix this mess for the party I have to go to tomorrow. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE! Once I sat down for my pedicure he tells me there's an extra fee for the color I wanted and then there's another extra fee to use the same color for my manicure as my pedicure. There are no signs so once they starts you can't go back and pick a color that doesn't have "fees". Also he was digging into my toe so hard I almost screamed. My daughter and I went there yesterday. We had an appointment and we were not seen for 10 minutes after the appointment, my daughter not for 20 minutes. During my daughters pedicure they stopped to take care of someone else. They charged me for 2 adult pedicures but did not give my daughter the paraffin or anything else. I did not see my daughters nails until the car where it looked like a 2 year old did them. There was nail polish all over her cuticles outside the nails and the design looked like someone poured the bottle. Spent $60 and had to go to Angel Tips to have it fixed Read Less
