I have been going here about 6-8 months, and it first I loved it and the people were great. In the recent visits I think they've switched owners and it's not been the same. A couple of young ladies still work there from the previous owners, but I always seem to get the same tech. And I hate to complain because they're always SO friendly and very wonderful, but the last time my nail was filed so thin and it hurt/burned for days and upon just recently removing my acrylics it's very bruised and thin and damaged. Customer service is great and they try very hard and I wanted to continue being a loyal customer after the new owners but it's just not the same. Read Less

I typically don’t have a problem,Jenny does a great job but this past time I went to get my nails filled the young girl used tools from her “dirty” box and I have fungus growing underneath two of my nails. I work in healthcare, sooooo..... I am continually cleaning and sanitizing my hands. By no means was this coincidental and I don’t appreciate being charged $35 for a fill and have a unsanitary procedure done. Read Less

Tina's was a great experience dependent on the individual nail practitioner that you received. My peer has a phenomenal experience and her manicurist was great. Mine on the other hand didn't do that great a job layering the gel manicure unevenly as well as attempting to tackle my cuticle care with a used cutter. Was a loyal customer for years, which is why I've given 3 stars instead of 1. However now I will not be returning. Usually they were pretty good with time, and you wouldn't have to wait long. Sometimes I would have to leave before they got to me, which, no big deal, I just have other places to be and can't be late. When that happened they were always super apologetic and asked me to return the next day. I always did. But, this time, I just can't. I walked in and signed my name, and sat down. 2 customers getting nails done, 1 getting a pedicure. 3 techs. Nobody else waiting but me. No big deal, I sat and waited patiently. One person finishes ten minutes later. The tech gets up and goes outside. No problem, maybe it's a break. They come back in and tell me someone will be right with me. I thank them and continue to wait... for almost 45 minutes. At that point I got up, put my coat on, crossed out my name and left. Not a single person said a word to me when they're usually saying they're sorry and asking me to come back. They also didn't say anything when I walked in which is abnormal- usually you're greeted right away and asked what service you want. Went to a friend's recommendation the following day and got right in, treated very kindly, and had fantastic service. I think it's safe to say I will continue to see the person my friend recommended instead of trying my luck at Tina's. Read Less

I stopped in Tina's after running errands in the Vestal area last week. It looked like the Nail Salon I used to stop in was no longer in business and a sales clerk suggested I try this spot. While not as fancy as some of the other local options... the price was right! $35 for a mani-pedi. Lots of color options and the staff was super personable. It was a Thursday night and they were fairly busy, but still got me right in and right out. I will probably go here again next time I have business in the area.Side-note: As for the only bad review that says they were misquoted. It is clearly posted as $35 and up for a mani-pedi. Actually all prices are clearly posted and they have a lot of waxing options as well as nails. Read Less

Love Love Love Tina's Nail Salon. It's been my favorite salon for 6 years since I started pampering my hands and feet. Best pedicures...always super clean and LOVE the massage chairs!!! Acrylic nails with gel nail polish always make my nails look beautiful. Highly recommend!!!! Read Less

Went here the first time for a mani pedi for which I had been told would cost me about $25 when I had called them beforehand. After I had it done, they asked me for $50 saying it was double the price for a french mani pedi which is what I had specifically asked them for during my call. The nail polish had chips on it and did not even last three days. I went in a second time thinking maybe I just had a bad experience only to wait for twenty minutes before one of the women working there informed me that they could not do my nails because the line was too long. Very unprofessional, complete ripoff, and no communication whatsoever. Felt very frustrated after my visits and would never dream of returning. Read Less
