I've only been here once but I definitely plan on going back. I got a mani pedi last week and it came out great. They were able to fit me in within five minutes of walking in and the price was very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give them 4 stars is because the nail technician I had was obviously rushing to finish my mani-pedi. I didn't appreciate the rush but despite that the outcome looked great. I took a friend and the woman that did her nails cut her nice long nails short, actually cut her finger a little without any apology and was very pushy which made my friend uncomfortable. I paid extra money for the gel for my fingernails, because they said that the gel lasted at least 2 weeks. The gel peeled and took off parts of my fingernails within 9 days. I've been going to this salon for many years. I love Bella! she is always willing to be artistic & try new designs. The owners of this salon are such a nice family and it's always clean. I rated it a 4 because this salon is very small & tight on space. It should be much larger to accomodate a waiting area, better hand washing area & larger nail drying area. I have a hard time believing the one who posted those blue nails. I have gone to Regal for over 10 years, had just about every technician at one time or another and never saw such amateurish work. I suspect she was from a competitor and her teen daughter did her own and that is what was posted. Regal techs are well experienced and do a great job. And the price for acrylic fills has not gone up in all the years I have gone. Fair and reasonable prices...NOT Ultra high end as I saw posted here. Read Less

They RUINED my daughter's nails. She had healthy natural nails with gel on them. They buffed the gell off with an ELECTRIC BUFFER!!!! This took off the top of her natural nails. They had gotten fairly long, but the nails began to break very easily the day after her manicure. The gel even peeled off. HER NAILS WERE BREAKING BELOW THE WHITE PART and it was VERY PAINFUL. We went back to show them and get a refund. I talked for 20 min to the gentleman working that eve. He didn't understand after 5-6 times of stating the above. He kept telling us she should have nail tips put on and to sit down. I patiently explained, but began getting aggravated so she'd to speak to the manager. Finally he got it and called the owner. She refused to grant us a full refund and yelled the whole time we spoke. Finally she said she'd give us $20. I told her I'd write a BAD REVIEW having now been there for 25 min arguing. She said "Go, do that! I HAVE PLENTY CUSTOMER!!!" Then the guy practically threw the money at me so I would leave. Read Less
