I reviewed sometime ago concerning this nail salon but my opinion of them have change. The attitude I received in general from one particular person I believe (but not sure) is the owner, she was a petite women wasn't friendly at all. I remember when I went to get a refill some weeks ago and I wanted to have a particular color. The response was a bit rude and I did not like how she spoke to me when it was my time to get my nails done. In addition, acrylic job seemed a little bit sloppy to me. Usually I would give 5 stars but the last person to do my nails did horrible waste of 50.00 I got a full set crystal paid extra for Crystal and tips came out terrible I even complained about the huge bubble he said thats what happens with Crystal I love the owner and the one guy but not this guy who did my nails so upset and I usually go here Read Less

Worst place.I went for a quick eye brow with no appointment. They were busy and I was ready to come back if needed as I walked in without appointment, asked me to wait for 10-15 mins. The main problem was guy who did my eyebrows. 1) He was smelling of Smoke2) He did whole eye brow at one go ... it pained like hell. Given I am getting my eye brows done for 20 years I am used to the pulling but this was at another level. :( 3) Did pull few hairs with tweezers which was again very painful.  4) When I looked into the mirror it was horrible, when I asked him to fix it he did little trimming on inside of the brows and tells me that people like it that way :) 5) When I showed it to the front desk lady (I think she is the owner) she didn't even acknowledge and no courtesy to admit it. 6) Overall very Rude and unprofessional Now my eyebrows look crooked and don't match length wise as well as shape wise. they just lost a customer forever. I dont know what everybody is talking about. This place isn't too bad at all. I liked how they did my pedicure. The lady took her time to clean my feet and I really liked that. This place so far is better than any nail place I have went to. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because that was my first time there. I won't got back here. The place was not busy when I went in for a quick nail to be fixed. The girl rushed through it. The staff were yelling back and forth to each other about various things. It was very annoying, needless to say. I sat down on one of the chairs and sat mostly on the arm part by accident, and a staff member loudly screamed "OH! You almost fell!" Worst place for waxing! The lady who usually does the waxing is really careless. My mom and I had both been going here for a while for lip/brow waxes and it seems like over time it just got worse. She does the waxing really fast and is not careful about applying the wax at all. The upper lip basically becomes like she's waxing a fu-man-chu, she just slathers the wax all over the place. I luckily just moved out of the area and have found some place near me that is priced right and does a good job. My mom however still goes there. I think she always hopes to get the other girl (the younger one) but seems to always end up with the older lady. I'm writing this review because of an incident that just happened to my mom. While she was getting a wax the lady somehow got wax on the inside of mom's lower lip. When she ripped, off came skin and she started bleeding! She has a big patch where the flesh is gone (sent me a pic). As if that's not bad enough...she had the nerve to still charge my mom for the service! If it was me, I would have refused to pay and would have been expecting offers of free services just to keep my business and keep me from reporting them to the BBB and making reviews on sites like this. My mom on the other hand doesn't stick up for herself very well so she just paid and left. I feel like it must be put out there to warn people about this place and that lady in particular. Unfortunately, we don't know anybody's name there, but I think she's the oldest woman there. I don't really have any review of their nail services but I would NEVER go there for a wax again.
