Worst gel nails I’ve ever gotten. Peeling off after 4 days when usually I can go 3 weeks from other places with no issues. After my friends and I were finished, nobody helped us to pay. We had to interrupt a lady that was with a customer to help us pay otherwise we would’ve been standing there waiting all day. I went in with my friend to get acrylics before our trip to Newyork City together. She suggested us going because her neighbor would get super long acrylics done here and said they lasted very long. Service wasn’t amazing but they did a very very very good job, my nails lastd almost 4 WEEKS! with no fill before they started to pop off. I use to love going to Cindy's but after last night i do not think that i will be returning. I had a gel manicure done and it turned out horrible. The girl who had done it was rushing through it and didn't even paint my full nail. They were pretty busy i give them that but they should still take their time. My one nail is already peeling up a little and I just got them done yesterday . Big waste of $30. Read Less

After having gone here a few times, it's apparent that if you are not a regular, you aren't a priority and you get a rush job that doesn't hold up. My gel didn't last a weekend, and I didn't do anything unusual or particularly grueling to my nails. I ended up having my toes repainted elsewhere, I could've done a better job. I've had decent service here, but after paying $60 bucks for nothing, essentially, I'll take my business elsewhere. Read Less

I came here because the normal place I go to couldn't get me in for an appointment before I left for vacation.  Not sure that I'll ever come back.I walked in for my appointment and the girl greeted me nervously and look like she didn't know what she was going to do with me. I don't think that she actually works there I think she was just helping out for the day. She couldn't have been older than 16. I got the full manicure with gel polish and there was no massage and quite a few errors that I had to correct her on.The redeeming quality was the pedicure. The girl who did my toes (different from the girl who did my fingernails) was a pro. She did a really nice job and give a good massage. But in the middle of my pedicure another girl who I'm assuming doesn't work there came and sat almost on top of my feet and watched her paint my toes. No one mentioned anything about it or told me who she was. It was very weird. It was also very expensive. I was able to walk in and get into a pedicure chair very quickly on a busy Saturday afternoon.  The spa is clean and the service was pleasant.  At only $27, the pedicures are a bargain too.  However, sometimes you get what you pay for.  The selection of colors was really limited.  Also, even though the pedicure itself looked nice, it did not last long at all.  I've actually never had a pedicure chip so quickly.  I had to redo it myself about a week and a half later.   My heels were still really rough after the service too.  Overall, if you're looking for quick and easy nail services in this neighborhood, Cindy's will work... but I probably won't be returning anytime soon because I don't like paying for polish that doesn't last. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt so out of place at a salon before. Not only did I wait at least 35 minutes but by the time I finally got seated the girl tried taking off my regular nail polish and was digging at my nails rubbing them with her cotton ball. I got so fed up after she spent no joke 5 minutes on ONE PINKY NAIL, I asked her if I could do it. SHE WAS USING RUBBING ALCOHOL INSTEAD OF ACETONE! And when I told her she just completely looked down and didn't look at me. I ended up taking off my own polish at the salon and walked out 15 minutes later. I will never go back here. No one was welcoming and it honestly seemed like they made a point to ignore you. Take my advice and don't waste your time or money here. Read Less

I'm quite shocked at the reviews here! I love Cindys. It's always busy, and all the techs take really good care of my feet and hands. I never felt that they "skimped" out on any service. I always got what I wanted and how, which I very much appreciate. There are a TON of gel colors, but not many nail polishes (which I enjoy getting most) other than that, Cindys is clean, all techs do a good job, and pay attention to how I want my nails shaped or designed. I always get mine done here! My one suggestion is if you have a favorite nail polish color, bring it from home - just in case you don't find a color you like there. Read Less

When they were in the plaza by tops the service and quality was excellent. Can't say so much anymore. My friend and I went in to get her nails done FOR HER WEDDING and we had an appointment. After sitting there for 45 minutes without being acknowledged we left and went down the street. Tim and Cindy both do amazing design work if your willing to wait but other than that I would not go there. They have lost my business. It's unfortunate. Read Less

If you need a manicure or pedicure this is the place to go! I get a full set with gel polish and they last for 3 weeks! They do a great job and I'm done in less than an hour. They have a ton of brand new pedicure chairs and they even have a mini one for kids. They recently moved to a bigger location that is updated and always clean. One complaint I have is they don't always have enough people working. They sometimes will start my nails and then to work on someone else then come back to finish mine. This doesn't happen often, although it has happened a few times. I try and come on weekday afternoons and they are much less busy. Have gone several times in the past and service was quite well. My last two experiences in the last couple of months were terrible. I had a new young girl who did not wipe her station down before asking me to sit. I had a gel manicure, which is not cheap, and I felt like I was more of a bother to her than a client. She was checking her cell phone frequently and not very personable at all. Needless to say, my manicure did not even last a week - it began peeling several days later. I went back again at another time and, unfortunately, got the same girl. Again, it began to peel off less than a week later. I'm VERY picky when it comes to my beauty maintenance and what an excellent job done by this salon on my manicure and pedicure.  The salon is very clean and they have plenty of nail salon sanitizers for all the tools and equipment.  They also have a few technicians that are exceedingly artistic in doing the latest Nail Art designs and jewels.  The salon was very busy on a Saturday.  I would suggest making an appointment if you want to be taken care of right away.  Prices are reasonable and on par with the area.
